What's the first game you'll play in 2025?

Probably FF7 Rebirth.
I think I'm near the end so I'll probably best it in the first couple of days of the year

Actual 2025 new release, probably Monster Hunter, but even that I might just not bother.

Otherwise playing 2024 stuff like Marvel Rivals and Stellar Blade.

Finished the year playing Trails through Daybreak and started the new year doing the same. All is good. :messenger_sunglasses:

Currently playing Visions of Mana, Indiana Jones, Starfox Adventure and Tomb Raider Remastered. It's kinda much to juggle I admit. Need to keep it more confined. My first new game of 2025 will probably be Avowed.

I'm waiting for that midnight drop of South of Midnight on Gamepass, it's gonna be Sweet, Baby!

JK either I'm going to start another run of Star Ocean Second Story R, or start Elden Ring, depends how I'm feeling

Tomb Raider 2 Remastered. It's become like a mini-tradition that originated from a meme popular in my country. This is the third year in a row when I'm playing one of the Tomb Raider games around the New Year's Eve.

I'll finish/platinum GhostWire Tokyo tomorrow, only 1 trophy left, and them start one of my RPGs in my backlog, so probably Dragon Quest XI DE, Star Ocean the Divine Force or Trials of Mana.

Yeah.
Star Fox Adventures would not be that bad to play.
Also, maybe Super Mario Sunshine.

Both of them are kind of odd duck games.

GT7 especially now I have a new PSVR2. And will continue SH2 remake. And wait for Monster hunter wild & DS 2, and another Stellar blade dlc and hopefully an expansion.

I'm playing Elden Ring for the 8th time to try and finish it (never have) using the roundtable guide checklist.

Surprised how many repeat enemies there have been already.

Either Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Or Dark Souls Remastered

We shall see

First new Game will likely be Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Thinking I'm going to finally start S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 - seems like the recent massive patch did a lot to improve A-life simulation, if not bring it up completely to par.

Started The Invincible yesterday, will finish it tomorrow I think.
Then maybe Aliens Dark Descent, and then Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

Monster Meat GIF by Xbox

Finishing order 1886. It's almost 2am, 7 hours in and no end in sight. Game is not as short as people said.
Btw it looks amazing and plays great. It's like gears. And it's 30fps is so responsive and so well masked that it would pass for a 60 easily this gen and some casuals would never notice

No Man's Sky.

I've got an expedition to complete. Along with that, Monster Hunter World to help a friend achieve his platinum.

Happy new year, everyone.

With a garbage mp tagged on, no one would have complained. The campaign was great.

Probably a round of Helldivers 2 or League of legends.
But my gaming hours will barely be in the double digits this year until Monster Hunter Wilds releases on February 28th.

Tyranny I guess.

PC gaming annoys me. Spent thousands on a top end PC and I still spend hours trying to figure out how to make a couple mods not crash the game I'm playing. I'm assuming it has something to do with me trying to play it on Epic Store client.

Yeah value is so stupid. I am 7h in and not finished yet. So it's as long as gears, uncharted or cod.
I don't care for mp. Like, if the only problem was price, so scores should be updated as it gets cheaper.
Besides, scores should be for the game quality. Not value
