No, but sometimes I put coffee beans in my friend's shoes.

Oh, you said PENNYS.....I redact my comment :P

On that topic, I do like dock shoes, which I guess are kinda the casual form of penny loafers. They are easy to put on and take off and cool in the summer months. Just gotta use real low cut socks.

Shiny leather loafers with jeans though....not so much.

I hate dock shoes an abomination if I ever saw one.

Yes. Heads up ofc.

My granddad made me and would always say "what if you need to make a phone call? Now git in there in the kitchen and grab my smokes...bring me a cookie if there are any left"

I was always like..."HUH" it wasn't until later that I leared that phone calls were a penny back in the 30's and 40's.

Also put my lunch money in the pouch of my "kangaroo" tennis shoes...80/90's kids FTW.

I don't know pontang
I think that means vagina.

I am too busy looking for a new pair of penny loafers (actually doing that rn...thank you op) to look up the word. We always spelled it "punetang", later a variant of the word was used as the title for the hit movie: Pootie Tang

...but I have a mud brain and cannot spell words.

Is pontang like bussy?

I have these ones in particular.

Men ought to invest in a respectable wardrobe. The aura you'll emit will demand respect.

Being a man who's well-dressed in a sea of slobs will make you stand out, sure, but at least you'll feel like a million bucks.

I think I'm ordering these but not sure might be too dressy for jeans I already have the black penny loafers (no I don't put pennies in them)

Dark clean jeans with no rips for 'sick fades' and a nice tucked in button down shirt...sure it might work. But throw those tassled dress shoes on with worn jeans and t-shirt....oh no.

But those shoes have a heel, they are really too dressy for jeans, IMHO, best saved for trousers. Proper casual loafers don't have much of a heel, if any.

I think it's doable I don't wear ripped, goofy stitching or skinny jeans

Without question those of you who asked "who wears penny loafers?" and those
who want me to get stabbed by my ex wear these
