Every console manufacturer should take extreme measures in gate-keeping games on their consoles, and should openly sign exclusive content rights with 3rd party publishers, and porting to PC or competition shouldn't even be on the table (i.e. M$: fumbled the bag big time, Sony: In the process of fumbling the bag, Nintendo: Rather good regarding this till now).
BIG FACTS OP - I think Sony should go no further.
1. Digital Future is trash and only for the lazy. No plus side for the consumer, zero ownership, loss of everything really. Giving away rights over convenience
2. Soulsborne games are so played out. Yea get good- ok.
3. Skull and Bones was fun when you actually play it rather than hate on a corp and judge the first 15min. Atleast for a huge majority.
4. Open world racers are basically watching the map racers so you dont miss turns. Please go away
5. Its only cool to hate on Gamestop. When its gone we will be sad. Those games we owned, that we decide what to do with em and sell em back for a quick buck (especially kids) to buy new releases - we lose all that in the process.
6. Gaming community is unfortunately a bunch of suckers that allow things to pass in favor of screwing ourselves over perceived value or "extra" "bonuses" Pay to play online, preorders, collectors editions, unfinished games, microtransactions the list goes on and we accept it. I blame it on sharing a hobby with kids.
7. Lets get back to under 20hr games.
