sold my 7950X3D got £387 for it or £382 after postage. Well, the person who bought it paid £401 but because of ebay's bullshit they added £14 to the price.

They say there are no seller fees and it's free to sell which is technically true but if you're a private seller they will slap a fee on it and be all like "You're not paying a fee! The buyer pays the fee!" which again is true. However, whatever price I set they will add their fee on to it. So if I sell something for £310 then the buyer sees £322.95. So you're effectively losing money by having to reduce the price.

If something is worth £400 you're not getting £400. You're getting £385. I'm not paying the fee but I'm still taking the hit

Also, it's bullshit because it punishes private sellers. Businesses would get the full £400.

Anywaaay... I'm actually happy with £382. I paid £700 for the 7950X3D so I got ~54.5% of my money back. My 9950X3D cost £700 so not bad.

Probably get hit with having to pay extra tax later this year because I went over the threshold
