Steam Deck™
Steam Deck™ is the most powerful, full-featured gaming handheld in the world.
Sales numbers are not the problem, more likely is that they are changing suppliers to minimise the impact of tariffs. If you look up the actual sales numbers, they're next to nothing. Makes you wonder if it's artificial scarcity.
It's only for the 1TB model. 512GB is still available and it's probably a better buy anyways.![]()

Edit: I can't read. Saw an article a few days ago about 1TB model but it looks like 512GB is in the same boat now. Weird.
Yep, there was another article about same topic but only mentioning 1TB…. And I don't read the note in the image in the OP properly.Where are you seeing that? I see both out of stock.

New one coming.
Mobile seemed to be accelerating so fast 5 years ago but now in the last 2 years it seems like progress has stopped completelyIf it's because they are gearing up for a new one I'd rather they wait for an even better apu honestly. The current offerings are just not a big enough jump to get excited about
All rumors were saying 2025 a month ago but now rumors are mixed on 2026 and 2025Is Deckard still on track to launch this year?
I dunno, it's pretty impressive to me that mobile phones are now emulating newish PC games through Winlator and GameHub. There are videos floating around of phones running GTA 5.Mobile seemed to be accelerating so fast 5 years ago but now in the last 2 years it seems like progress has stopped completely
Why? Have people stopped buying games on Steam? They need to release an updated deck.
They said they will when better tech is out. We will probably see a new one in 2027.They need to release an updated deck.

Given the resolution of handheld screens the jump is decent enough - top line ones can run AAA on medium at 45-50FPS, good for me.If it's because they are gearing up for a new one I'd rather they wait for an even better apu honestly. I sold mine a while ago. I want something more beefier and with a better display.I've been considering selling mine since it just sits in its case. Maybe it's a good time to do so.

Stick Emulationstation on it, play PS2 Silent hill 1-4, rejoiceI've been considering selling mine since it just sits in its case. Maybe it's a good time to do so.
Eh, not really. It won't do aaa well for the most part, but honestly, I don't care. I'd prefer they wait for a genuinely big tech boost. They need to release an updated deck.
