Today's reminder NFL OT is shit compared to the glorious joy that is college OT
Ya man, and some people are into women's sportsToday's reminder NFL OT is shit compared to the glorious joy that is college OT
So you enjoy watching games end in ties? College overtime rules don't allow the BS we just witnessed.Ya man, and some people are into women's sports![]()
That clock seemed off, didn't show a replay either on when the ball touched the ground.GB lucky they didn't lose that with horrible clock mgmt. Dumb as fuck
College has been doing amazing OT's for years, I have no idea what the fuck the NFL is doing every year lmaoTies are so fucking lame, play until someone wins.
I read the context of that comment as "Some people like women's sports even though the women generally play far below the level of the men and it's not really fun to watch" and the analogy worked when comparing NFL's No Fun League OT with college's amazing crazy shit happens and you leave feeling elated no matter who wins OTSo you enjoy watching games end in ties? Thank God there's 2 games. Surprised they even let the Jets play a MNF game.My poor poor Jets.
Been a fan since 1982 during the Al Toon & Mark Gastineau era.
Why do I do this to myself?
I swear I'm gonna die of old age before they win anything.
Originally from Pittsburgh, but lived most of my adult life in Queens, so I'm a Jets fan. My buddy and I were at week 1 on the sidelines, it was heartbreaking. He gave up on them already, I always hold out hope. Hoping we get at least 1 win this year...Everybody post your team.
I'm curious who I'm gonna have to fight this season.
As a Pittsburgh native, I go Steelers. Though I've been more agnostic the past decade, liking KC recently. Digging the Commanders, too.
And even though I lived in Baltimore for 5 years, I still hate the Ravens.

I'm a Jets fan.
When Myron Cope died, so did my loyalty
Lions got past the good browns d, bucs lost a game to the eagles, bills got their traditional win, and Steelers win. There's space in the top 5 but chargers lost, packers and cowboys lost, ravens lost, and chiefs have to many layers of a circus.1. Lions
2. Bucs
3. Bills
4. Eagles
5. Steelers

Tua / Dolphins were noticeably better in that game, even if it was the jets... the playcalling to get him out of pocket, the throws, all of it
yeah I should have said "the offense" to be sure -- the defense was letting the Jets overpower it, team that can't avoid absurd fumbles or making fair catches at the 2 lolThe defense is still terrible, sadly. They played just about as terribly as the last 3 games. Gave over 400 yards. The only real difference is the takeaways, because without those the Jets were going put up 30+. I understand why the secondary is terrible with injuries and lack of depth/skill, but that front 7 with Chubb, Chop, Sieler and Phillips... Is absolutely terrible.
Do any of you guys play fantasy football?
This is my first season. I lost last week by 1 point. Dobbins was carrying me and then the Broncos took him out of the game. Brutal.
Mac Jones kinda showing that the Purdy haters were right![]()
Happy for Mac Jones. Thought that guy was going to die tonight ಠ﹏ಠ
Four is Death.I do. This is my 4th year in a row I've lost multiple people week 4. Not sure what it is about week 4, but happens every time... This time around my key player out is Lamar Jackson.
