It's going to be a home version of whatever the Ally X is supposed to be.Or it's literally a windows pc.
Lots of things that were 'sure things' started getting pushed. The Costco retailer pulling Xbox, and apparently they are one of many that we'll learn about soon, told me all I needed to know.
Literally the only way Microsoft can pull off this console to pc transition is if they find a way to honor ALL Xbox one onward purchases and make them playable. It's going to be a home version of whatever the Ally X is supposed to be.
Nothing another price increase can't fix.Yes Xbox is dead
That's what I was thinking: Switch 2 is an XBOX!Walmart got the memo
This is an xbox
yea that is what i have been saying. It's going to be a home version of whatever the Ally X is supposed to be.
Nintendo and PlayStation still contribute 4% to Walmart's bottom line every year. The only people who think Walmart will drop them are Xbox fansNot a surprise. I wouldn't be shocked if Walmart and the others pull out of gaming entirely, including Nintendo and PS by 2027.
The last 4-5 PCs I've built haven't had disc readers either...Next Xbox definitely won't have a disc reader at all. Or it's literally a windows pc.
Give it another weekBestbuy still has the xbox stuff. I was in there this weekend getting a Switch 2 pro controller and Donkey Kong Bonanza.
It's also weird that they are doing it right before the start of the Christmas shopping season. There's no way all these stores would be doing this simultaneously of their own accord. Microsoft told them something, something they aren't telling us.
Here comes the usual PSToo.Not a surprise. I wouldn't be shocked if Walmart and the others pull out of gaming entirely, including Nintendo and PS by 2027.
The Christmas ad leak might be right, xbox is not in there. It's also weird that they are doing it right before the start of the Christmas shopping season.
You'd think they would want to push Xbox as much as possible through December.
I agree (and I think Xbox agrees too), but as of right now the compatibility list for Ally X looks paltry.Literally the only way Microsoft can pull off this console to pc transition is if they find a way to honor ALL Xbox one onward purchases and make them playable.

The thing about looking for games at Walmart is that you have to actually go into a Walmart
Xbox is now the Netflix of gaming!Putting movies in the Xbox section is savage. Do any of the astroturfers manage a Walmart?![]()
