Open YT today and got this one on my recommendations.

Grand Strategy game with RTS battles in the contemporary world. Something like Warno with a Grand Strategy component by a indie Polish studio.

Definitely got my attention: (from the Steam page):
Systemic War is a modern grand strategy game where your strategic choices are tested in RTS battles, each one altering the course of the ongoing conflict.
Play as any nation — for example the USA, China, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, or Turkey — and guide it through the turbulent years of 2008 to 2025.

DEMO COMING OUT TOMORROW.

Looks like a beefed up Warno, neat. Hope it doesn't fall for the multiplayer-brain trap. Maybe it'll focus on single player more.

Nice use of AI too. Cool presentation, could be a banger.

From what i read, it looks like single player only.

25+ hand-crafted maps where you'll command your forces in dynamic RTS battles. Engage in tactical clashes across focal real-world locations such as Hostomel (Ukraine), Warsaw, Aleppo, Taiwan, and Guam.

I want to know how they will do the grand strategy part with a limited number of RTS maps. They will probably need a huge amount of maps to cover an entire scenario like Ukraine and Poland, although a Taiwanese scenario would be somewhat easier.
