Why isn't there a Pacmen vs Ghost online multiplayer game?

Put the teams in a massive maze & let them chase each other & try to takeover the levels by grabbing the most beads or whatever it is that Pac be eating.
 
Namco owns it and Nintendo created and programmed it. I would imagine with their relationship, Namco is not about to jeopardize it by releasing it online without Nintendo's support. I'm surprised that a version of it didn't pop up on Nintendo Online.
