I've seen so many coworkers get absolutely shitfaced and lose their dignity at our launch parties and Christmas.
They seem to forget you'll eventually have to face everyone back at work.

I remember one of our top producers sitting in her own vomit in a corner struggling to scroll on her phone on the floor.

Now everytime I would see her at work I would still say hello but quickly went like this after walking by:

My worst vomiting memory is of me at a new years eve house party aged eighteen. I consumed the following, a quarter of an ounce of skunk, two bottles of red wine, eight (maybe more) cans of Strongbow. And a large loaded doner kebab.

I eventually passed out and came round abruptly to people fighting and as I sat up I projectile vomited thick orange sick all down myself.

I was wearing a lot of beige and I had to get home via the train whilst covered in dry orange puke surrounded by hundreds of complete strangers.

To add insult to injury I also had my brand new Nokia 3310 stolen off of me whilst I was unconscious.

I quit a while ago, but I'm still set to receive 7 months' worth of pay due to some conditions. Plus, I get some benefits each month. I've also lined up a new job for February.

That said, I won't be getting a salary this month or next, and I'm unsure how to make it through. Looks like I'll have to sell some of my gaming stuff to get by

Ours is a big to do. We rent out part of the convention center and it goes all night. I'll leave not long after dinner though. So maybe 3 hours at most for me. I have no desire to get drunk with my coworkers.

Went a bit longer but was comfy and enjoyable enough. We're a small office but are getting two new high-profile colleagues beginning next year, they also came to the dinner and we had a good time. Knew eachother already from current projects, always had a laugh, can't wait to have them as my colleagues.
Nobody got sloshed, very civil this year.
