Nothing about the way she's behaved since her husband's murder has been normal. But pointing that out gets you shouted down as a "conspiracy theorist". The way she took videos at his wake/funeral was absolute cringe.

Charlie Kirk's assassination motivated the right like no other event in history has, and Erica Kirk is smart enough to know that she needs to take advantage of that to motivate people even more. That's also what Charlie would have likely wanted.

JD Vance and Charlie Kirk were also very close friends, so it's not surprising she would endorse him already for 2028.

Replace "motivate" with "profit from" and you will be right on the money. Also Charlie Kirk schtick ("I will go to Democrats to be yelled at while I antagonise them with conservative talking points") had intellectual depth of a water puddle, but that is par on the course with US politics.
