Okay so the night was off to a good start when I brought flowers over. We went to the event and hung out with a friend after. Once it was just us, we went for a long time. I think I finally fell asleep at 3:30am. She's such a fucking minx in the sack. Incredible. Everything you want in a partner. Down for anything, great at dirty talk, incredible body, etc. This morning we woke up and went at it again. Once more after brunch. I am so head over heels for this one.

Got through my event. My legs (and especially broken toe) are killing me, I have no voice, and I'm unfashionably tired, but other than that it went well.

And the charity auction I hosted this morning hit record numbers. We did over $150k overall.

The vet said in their honest opinion he was suffering and it was the right time to let him go. We stayed with him until the very end. I just cleaned the blood up everywhere and hid his bed/toys etc to try and keep my girlfriend as calm as possible. Neither of us are dealing with this very well.

i've been there a few times and it's one of the hardest things you have to do. keep telling yourself that you did the right thing. he's not in pain or suffering anymore. and of course think of the happy times you got to spend with him.

I worked out that in over seventeen years I have never left my cat over night, which set me off so I've had a few Clonazepams and grabbed my chinchilla lol.

Clonazepams helps with going up and down. I know Lamotrigin, helps keeping the level. That's good. Best therapy though is cuddling with chinchillas! I'm here if you need anything

I have an old orange cat that probably isn't too far behind, kidney issues and has mostly lost bladder control, can't step into the liter box, still gets around okay but has been losing weight pretty dramatically the last few months. He's almost 20 years old and has been a part of our family for the last 18 years. My wife and I know that the day is coming soon, but neither of us are prepared.

You've my sympathies. Pip had hypertension, hyperthyroidism and the late stages of kidney disease. We also suspect early stages of dementia. Consistently maintained weight surprisingly.

His brother Milo also just over seventeen isn't doing to badly. He has stage 1 kidney disease and hypertension. All caught early and thrown on to a special diet. You honestly wouldn't think there was a thing wrong with him just by looking at him.

Horrendous day. I wish I could console my girlfriend, but they were inseparable. He'd greet her at the front door, sit on her lap as soon as she sat down etc.

I just went out for a walk to the local shop to get a new vape pod. On my way back I saw this dog, poodle thing walking around in the street. Looked like it had got out from somewhere. It's raining and there's a few cars on that road but I was able to call it to me and check it's collar for a number.

Called the number and some woman said it belonged to her and her "idiot son" had let it get out again. Fortunately it was from one of the big houses I was walking past. "Idiot son" opens the door and I give him the dog. So that's my good deed for the day, saved a dog.

i got a little hit on the back of my head on sunday, was already tippy-toeing because i knew it was icy underneath the snow but fully fucked it and dropped like a sack of shite.
Landed on the back of my head, knocked the wind out of me, tried to get back up but thought better of it, so decided to lay back down and collect myself. Lil' system reboot.
Some people were sledding nearby and rushed towards me, very concerned. Must have been a sight.

If I had worn flip flops I would have launched them two countries over.
