Guess I ought stop complaining about work. I have my own office and everyone (including the boss) is trained not to enter it unless some real shit is going down.

Big company moved from individual offices to floor offices - to improve communication.
I improved communication by making my company pay for a small office close by in which I can do actual work. Better to occasionally talk and get stuff done than to listen in to several meetings at the same time while trying to meditate on the correct spelling of the word 'feasible'.
