I know what you mean. Whenever I don't have time for the Gym or Yoga I feel like shit physically and mentaly. Exercise is incredibly important.
My dad always said "Use it or lose it". Muscle and fascial tissue that's not used, dies.

I was hyped to finally get my first 100+ damage weapon in TOTK… just to have it shatter on a Lynel's back in under ten minutes. 
At least I salvaged it by fusing a replacement from the drops onto a +Attack Gerudo weapon I happened to be carrying. I immediately fast-traveled home and slapped it on a rack. I'm at work right now "researching" the best weapons and fuse materials so when I get home I can max everything out and carry so many stacked weapons that I can basically throw them at enemies and move on without giving a shit. 
Edit: Oh and those hydra dragons aren't worth it. There fuses from the drops are complete trash. Lynel's seem to be the way to go right now. Maybe I'm missing something.
Edit2: and by back I don't mean literally on his back.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Day four without power in most of my house (thankfully still have power in part of it). Had four electricians on-site yesterday trying to figure out what the fuck is wrong with it, and they gave up after a few hours. They're gonna call me back later today with some ideas, but it's looking like it's going to need rewired which is going to be a massive pain in the ass (tearing down drywall, running new lines) and extremely expensive.
