It's decent.
I'd be rooting harder for it if multi-player was just Valorant, Overwatch, and RS Siege. It's conceptually more interesting than those.
The main annoyances for me are:
- There's no obvious counterplay to opponents who are better at shooting than you. Overwatch solved this 10 years ago.
- Defense phase feels like something they'd work on post release. Your team has 15 walls they can reinforce but borders on feeling completely useless.
- Typical progression problem. You play 6 matches in 2 hours and end up unlocking gold socks for a character you don't use.
A lot of the criticisms feel pretty invalid to me.
