Warlock, demon magic/summoning class of some sort. The fuck is that
Not sure how I feel about that, a bit too close to the necro, but we'll have to see.Warlock, demon magic/summoning class of some sort.

I should have known about it, If only I had a phone...Its the blood knight vampirish class from Diablo Immortal. Its been out on that platform for almost two years.
I's sure it will be called something else...but I was hoping for a new class.
Don't beat yourself up...I did that by playing that game FOR you. (At least the pc client was usable)I should have known about it, If only I had a phone...
D4's cosmetics are (almost) all atrocious to meIt doesn't look like a warlock. Looks like some dime store super hero.
Well, hopefully it plays fun. Cosmetics can always fix how it looks...

Yeah i don't think I've seen a single one that interested me. even if they did, doubt I'd ever buy one.D4's cosmetics are (almost) all atrocious to me
I would have been happy with the Witch Doctor returning. I really enjoyed that class in D3... but it's fair for people to want something completely new.Its the blood knight vampirish class from Diablo Immortal. Its been out on that platform for almost two years.

Still no love for D3 even during their 30th anniversary....gg blizzard.
D3 is my favorite of the series easily, it isn't perfect (none of them are) and I think they should pull in some of the supporting characters from D3 into 4 like they have done with some of the cast from D2 (NPC's not the prime evils).I actually enjoyed D3 a lot, I get it was a disappointment after D2 ( so was D4 imo? ) but it's not really a bad game at all especially down the line after updates and the expansion.
I enjoyed it more than D4 honestly, D4 just leaned too hard into being a pseudo-MMO and I am not a fan of the open world.
Not a bad game by any means but I enjoyed my time with 3 more.
Characters in D4 look really wonky to me too, and it'd be cool to get a playable woman too who who isn't obese, the Barbarian or skinny/ skinny with a toned texture plastered over them.
For all this talk about body diversity women with curves are treated as if they don't exist.
It's really weird too how the hair and eyebrows looks, it doesn't look like real hair and is oddly thin and like it's glued on pubes or something.
I am not a fan of the vfx either spells feel and look very weak compared to D3 they're so puny especially on Sorc.
Even the D2 remaster did it better, like look at chain lightning lmao it looks so much better in 3 and 2.

I still play D3 on my switch when I travel. I have dumped thousands of hours into the games, and while I was disappointed with ver 1.0 release (esp after spending so much time enjoying the alpha and beta tests) of D3 I think it matured extremely well. Hell, half of the stuff that keeps me playing the seasons in D4 has been added from D3.
I know I'm alone, but I'm a D1 lover. I want a Resurrection treatment on the OG. Would be an awesome surprise for the anniversary.
I actually replayed D1 not long ago and I still enjoyed it.
Not something I'd grind in but replaying it every now and again is pretty nostalgic and still fun.
Stream today in a few hours
I did basically the same. I am giving PoE2 some time because I am not a fan of doing the campaign over and over. As for Diablo... I will always come back to it for a week or two at least. I can't avoid it.I spent the last month finishing up season 11 using the paladin pre-order and didn't play any of the POE2 druid update. Dipped into that last night and the enjoyment if day and night different from D4 currently.
Not trying to derail the discussion, I was just shocked at how great the POE implementation of the druid felt compared to what we had in D2 and have in D4. The disparity in quality makes it feel like blizzard is the 15 year old "new to the genera" developer, not the other way around.

Yeah, it's so well executed and the skills feel SO DAMN good, I didn't expect it to be AS polished as it is for the first releases...but GGG has been cooking with POE2.My personal opinion is that the PoE2 Druid is light years ahead of the D4 version. The sheer variety and customization you can do is wild. It seems like a natural evolution of the Diablo 2 Druid. I spent way too many hours just playing around with all the toys.
my beef with PoE is that it doesn't allow me to re-link my PS account and I have to double dip everything I buy. The game is amazing, though, as is Last Epoch.Yeah, it's so well executed and the skills feel SO DAMN good, I didn't expect it to be AS polished as it is for the first releases...but GGG has been cooking with POE2.
I will always be a Diablo fan and I can appreciate their pedigree and love all the games in the series for their own merits, most of my bitterness comes down to "member berries" for what was.
