Damn, I'm so late on this one. He had some crazy roles, you could tell this guy had some demons, I thought he was great. I've only seen him in Ken Park, fucking crazy scene where he erotic-asphyxiates himself using a belt and a door knob and jerks off while watching a women's tennis match and actually comes in the scene. I think Robocop 2 is a worthy sequel. And I liked Noonan -- he had a vulnerability, but such a menacing undertone. I know he was probably a good guy in a few films, but they don't come to mind. Rest in peace, sir.

that movie is still so underappreciated. both Tom Noonan as the Ripper and and Charles Dmance as Benedict were insanely good.
And the soundtrack is phenomenal.
