I'd rather have AI generated characters than done by the current MS devs, nearly all of them are so ugly that makes me wanna puke. AI easily creates 7/10 character designs while the current human made chars in MS or Sony is around 0-3/10

Nope, her leaving now was smart because Xbox is now a sinking ship. She is better off starting fresh in an environment were she can actually succeed.

Xbox could turn things around but so much damage has been done to the point were I don't think its really possible at least in the console space.

She was President of Microsoft Core AI.
Satya wanted her in this role because Microsoft is doubling down on this whole AI thingy.
Sarah Bond likely resigned cuz she didnt want to bend the knee to the AI push from on high, otherwise this position was on lock for her.

Ashe has Phil as an advisor and Matt Booty as basically her right hand...Satya knows this job isnt for her, but he needs her there, but also needs people who have even a passing interest in gaming there to keep the Xbox brand atleast on the surface be about gaming.
