Can a Remake fan explain why the castle is grown over? We're midway through the battle that makes the kingdom fall during the game. There shouldn't be any decay yet. Some type of unexplained magical growth that sprouted up overnight perhaps? Bluepoint either didn't grasp the story or thought they should change it drastically. I don't know which one is worse.

Bluepoint entire goal was to make it "pretty" even it meant make artstyle more generic.
 
Thanks for reminding me how Bluepoint completely ruined the NPCs and overall atmosphere of the original.

EDIT: Oh god and that over exaggerated lip synching is the worst, completely forgot about that.

It's almost like making scenery attractive while staying within the confines of the plot is part of the skill...

Maybe if Bluepoint got the Bloodborne Remaster greenlit they would have added some neon signs above puddles and changed some skyboxes to RT friendly overcast.

Yeah NPC on remake is over exaggerated expressions when they talking to you but as soon as the dialogue ends their face suddenly snaps to neutral face…..its weird.
