I agree. I think its a great game and one of my favorite RPGs (but I love a lot of Sci-fi stuff and love Bethesda games) lol This should have been a day 1 on all platforms, so they shot themselves in the foot on this one. It will never sell what it could have if it was day 1 on PC, PS and XB. I think MS was banking on it doing Skyrim numbers or something and it ended up hurting them big time.

Its like, we all fucking know its coming to PS5, a source code even leaked a long time ago literally showing it was already coded for PS5 and showed the PS logo and everything...

I don't really know how much more needs to happen for some of you to understand MS isn't your friend. This company has no ode to hold anything back to spare your feelings, It's like you guys were warned when that company started putting their games on PC, You are then told to question why they're buying third party companies in which it would not even be financially feasible to keep on one platform, The warning about them going multi-platform has been going on for so long it's like every single red flag you guys missed

And then it goes from "JUST 4 games" but nothing more

So I stand by my statements made in 2024. This was inevitable I just don't see how you didn't see this. My fucking god, sir...this isn't even a bold prediction by me, I'm not trying to be mean, I really mean this is not some MASSIVE SHOCKING BOLD prediction I'm making, I never felt that way, I felt this was inevitable. MS will not tell you day 1 they are doing this, they will wait literally until you see PS6 releasing before they tell you they are now a 3rd party. They want you buying XB games and XB systems RIGHT UNTIL they go PC and Multiplatform to maximize profits. I don't know how many times this company needs to lie about this for you to get it.

If that isn't an existing XB franchise, I don't know what is as you've made some term to fit some narrative that none of us are aware of lol

So i don't think anything is off the table with MS right now and maybe its best to come to terms with that.

Starfield is a 3 year old game. The base edition is not worth $49.99.

I'd say the Premium version with all the dlc should be priced at that point. It's what $39.99 would have been but accounting for inflation.

In the end, the most valuable part of all this is your time and when you factor that in, my recommendation would be to use those hours playing a better game.
 
To all my playstation bros, 50usd isnt bad price, at least MS acknowledged that it shouldnt cost full 70$, still as a fair warning- dont buy it only after reading articles/watching trailers, even gameplay trailers, watch 2h of actual gameplay, first 2h of it will be fine, can be ur fav streamer or just some rando, hell even no commentary 2h stream will be fine, and only if u like it there buy the game.

I only say it coz im huge western rpg genre and bethesda fan and game is crazy boring to me, way bellow elder scrolls or fallout series, so just make sure u know what u signing up for here :messenger_astonished:
 
Oh, finally, GOTG that was about to turn the tides and make the Xbone Series explode in sales and popularity, till it didn't because it was a snoozefest with bugs and glitches more interesting than the game itself

Some of y'all can hate on Starfield all you like but I'm really looking forward to it and will be playing day one. I played quite a bit on Xbox, and while it has its rough edges, there's still a lot of good to great stuff in the game. Hopefully there will be support for pisser 2, there's some parts with really bad FSR shimmering that would clean up nicely with it I think.
 
Skyrim in Space. Not worth the premium but not the bargain bin either. This will sell some units.
 
Now more players will get to see how rotten and disappointing Starfield is. If this even sells anything on PlayStation… even $49 feels overpriced.

It's just going to be another case of Microsoft cutting costs and printing the game on the smallest (20 gig?) bluray discs. They're not learning anything from the negative feedback coming from Doom or Indy PS5 releases.
