Some creepy guy on Twitter who accurately predicted THE QUEEN and FASHION OF HIS LOVE or something as bonus tracks is reporting that something will leak May 10th. It will be HUGE if true. It's also possible that this is the date MTN/Americano will be released on iTunes as a promo single?

He implies that it's absolutely HUGE though, probably the whole album? I know it's bad but I would love that to be the case. =p

Hmm... We'll see on May 10th. I'm kinda hoping it does leak on May 10th cause I really want to hear the damn album (would a leak really hurt her sales that much?). But if the studio recording of Americano comes out on that day, it should tie me over till the 23rd.

Actually, E! originally said in a statement the video cost $10 million, but then they later tweeted how that figure was a mistake on their part.

and yeah, I knew about Opera. She's already filmed it. It's only You & I apparently, though. I am not expecting heaps, though her setup looks extravagant. I've heard rumours she might play an acapella of Marry The Night but I very much doubt it, people have already leaked that You and I will be played, I figure they would've mentioned MTN too. =/

Out of the three songs off the BTW album so far, Americano ironically has the simplest yet most powerful lyrics of the tree IMO. The melody is haunting, I even hope it's kept as is in the album the way she sang it in Guadalajara. GOOSEBUMPS.

EDIT: Big YAY that she's playing You and I on Oprah! :D As much as this sounds so counterproductive to what Gaga is propagating, I think so far that's the only "mainstream" song that she can sing off her album that won't stir so much controversy. That kind of safe choice will help bring more audience to her that can actually hear how good she is. Being "friendly" every now and then has its benefits, I guess.
 
Oprah's audience definitely prefers more sensible AC stuff for sure. GaGa is smart to do "You and I" there.

2 more days to see Godga.

I've got a Government Hooker (MUGLER Remix) STUDIO VERSION that just leaked too. Shit sounds glorious, uploading now.

All these leaks makes me think that the album is coming very much sooner rather than later.
 
Lahv the video. This is what I wanted: simple and (really) pretty.

Don't think it'll do much to help the song chart better though.
 
Oh yeah, the video was supposed to be 7 minutes I believe. Maybe the E! version will be longer. I won't complain about more Jesus or Judas, om nom.

JUDAS video was pretty epic though I don't feel it's as weird or out there as her other clips. Still, this is a nice change of pace, per se. It definitely feels like her "biggest" clip.

I liked the video. Pretty simple dance routines, cool costumes, with some obvious imagery that the crazies will go after. Overall, I thought it was pretty dope. I agree with Kryptonian, a nice throwback video to her earlier stuff.

The song is growing on me as well.
 
Did you guys see "You and I" performed on Oprah on YouTube? Maybe it's hella old by now but I just saw it on Lady Gagas Twitter. Really enjoyed the song, much more than Born This Way or Judas actually. Shame she's still referencing Jesus and all that claptrap it.
 
Wow, Gaga looks absolutely gorgeous in that video. Fanastic makeup and costumes all throughout.

I liked that she kept it short and simple, but still had her usual powerful imagery. The lipstick gun was probably the best visual since the end of her Bad Romance video, which after the bloated messes that were Telephone, Born This Way, etc. I thought would be her last great music video. I was wrong, fortunately :-D
 
How come I'm finding Lady Gaga sexually attractive all of a sudden? She looks really well in that video.

It was obvious you'd want to go with religious iconography with a title like 'Judas' but I thought that was a nice spin on the usual 12 apostles thing. The two dudes should have kissed!

Of yeah, don't get me wrong, she has a great body (if not a bit too thin, I like a bit more meat on dem bones), but I'm more of a 'dat face' kind of guy. Maybe I got used to seeing her with weird lumps on her face and no seeing her without them is like seeing her in a new light. Heh.
