The lighting looks really nice on PS3. Honestly if BF3 looks similar to that on PS3 I'll be more than happy. I would like to see motion blur and no tearing on console but I doubt that's going to happen.

Closed Beta means NDA and stuff. Open Beta means everyone can freely talk and post screens etc.

Closed beta means limited access, invite only. Open beta means free access. NDAs are a totally separate matter.

People complaining about Console footage make me sad...The game originated on PC and that's the system the game belongs too. Counter Strike could NEVER be recreated on a console for some reason and they tried too

God forbid I would want to play the game or know how it would look on the system I'll be purchasing it on. I should be ashamed.

The tank demo that we saw was NOT console gameplay. It has been hinted that there was a closed doors demo of console footage.

Frostbite 2 is far from having a good optimization. Crysis 2 looks mighty close to the game without needing a hefty GTX580 to run it at 60fps.

Crysis 2 did have great optimisation. They had a great deal of time to optimise it for consoles too.
Just not DX11...

At least FB2 doesn't need dual 560s to run it at 60fps.

It's not gonna look like this on an HD6850 and run well will it.

The image quality of the actual game won't be like those screens.
They are downsampled from greater resolutions to give it a clinical/clean look.

surprisingly high amount of screen tearing for a ps3 game, and spotty performance makes no sense why they wouldnt just use Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit engine.

Watching Fallon try to control jets would be fucking torture. The dude always plays as if he's never touched a controller in is life. It's even worse when he has a DS3 in his hands.

I have a feeling it'll be a playable version of the Faultline demo. I'd love to be wrong though.

mw3 = showed the motor boat scene (so same as e3)
gear3 = showed eyeball boss (so same as e3)
uc3 = showed water boat scene (so same as e3)
bf3 = most likely same as e3

It probably hasn't been optimized yet. It also has destructible environments, which adds some processor overhead.
