At this very moment, I am enjoying some strawberry yogurt by Activia. Great stuff.

I have just only recently started my foray into yogurt love. I find it very healthy, nutritious and of course : incredibly delicious.

So, fellow NeYogurtaffers ( wat the fuck? ಠ_ಠ ) What is your favorite yogurt types.

p.s Yogurt or Yoghurt? Can't decide which one I like more....

Plain flavor is great too.

I love Strawberry and Rasberry yogurt from Astro. I just get the big packs that come with 4 flavours, but usually hate the other 2 flavours. :|

Proper old school yoghurt. Made from full fat milk, it comes in an earthen tub and has a layer of clotted cream at the top!

I was so glad I noticed this in the grocery store. The problem with yogurt is how much sugar they put in them. I just like plain yogurt and even then it can be nearly 20 grams of sugar.

27 grams of yogurt in that tiny serving!

I tried the Oikos Greek yogurt that dreamy John Stamos is hawking, and let me tell ya.

Bleah.

It was plain with honey and it tasted plain with paper.

Tonight I bought some key lime Oikos, let's try that.

Otherwise I eat like a pint or two a week. Artificially flavored, no fruit. Great stuff.

Sometimes I put granola or grape nuts in vanilla yogurt. Yuummmmmmmmm! MORE MORE MORE!

Delicious, and a very reasonable 13 carbs per cup.

I've also had the pleasure of working with them on a few projects here in New York, and they're super cool people.

Try unsweetened yoghurt. While some (like the one I posted in my previous post) are very sour, others are mild and creamy.

fage or bust.

nothing i've tried so far comes within light years of it, as far as commercial brands are concerned. the creamiest of the creamy big-brand yogurts.

They're decent, but their strained yoghurt is too runny IMO. Needs an extra strain with a cheese cloth.

Don't forget it rocks 16 grams of protein per cup.

Are my 2 favorites. I had this other yogurt a few months back that was absolutely delicious, but can't remember the name for the life of me :(

On days when I really want to wake up right breakfast is two scoops of plain yogurt in a bowl mixed with granola and raisins. Such a great start to the day.

I used to get Fayeh from Costco but my absolute favorite was Pineapple 2% Chobani. That stuff is addicting. No longer eat yogurt though because of the carbs.

Just throwing this out there: Sine the wife started packing that special yogurt with the ass bacteria in it, I've been shitting like a clock. Best thing ever. Nothing but soft-serve, same time everyday. The stuff really works.

That shit is good too, especially the honey. It's dessert yogurt.

Yep that's the honey flavor. Definitely dessert-like. Tastes a lot like Pinkberry to me. Freeze it a while and it's amazing.

Greek yoghurt or fail. Nonfat Greek yoghurt with a little bit of honey and you're set.

Yeah i love Greek yoghurt and honey, normally i hate honey but on yoghurt it becomes sexy.

Haha, they do work. The one I like the best are Yasana and Activia Pear and Vanilla.

But lately I just take flavorless/plain and add some honey or sweetner.

I love this stuff:

Turkish style yogurt. Creamy tart deliciousness on its own, I especially like it with some almonds stirred in and honey drizzled on top.

I'm a fan of vanilla yogurt and just adding my own fruit, but there are some brands of mixed yogurts that are good too. The Yoplait apple one is delish, for one.

And Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt is my new love. SO GOOD! Good with dinners or for dessert with some honey mixed in.

What's a good fat free and tasty yogurt?
Yoplait Light isn't bad at all, but have a lot of wacky flavors like key lime pie or odd ones like that. The strawberry, peach, blueberry, apple, vanilla, and lemon flavors are good though. Another idea is just to buy a quart or so of plain yogurt and add your own fruit or honey or spice.

i know greek yogurt is all the rage right now, and i do like it, but i generally prefer the caspian sea type yogurt. it's runny and not sweet, but i really like it
