No, she can't. A Mermaid's tails splits when she turns 30, and Shirahoshi is 16. Unless Vander Decken comes out of nowhere and doubles her age, she isn't going anywhere.

2007 had Claymore and a lot of 2006 went into 2007. But it didn't have such strong hitters as previous years.
I like shaft shows a lot. I was just labeling a group of watchers who usually fit that shaft/moe label. But even my favorite shaft shows don't match up to the greats.

I watched and enjoyed K-on (both seasons). I've become a slice of life anime fan in the past year. From Shaft, I watched Soredemo, Arakawa, Bakemonogatari, Denpa, Zetsubou, Maria Holic, and Arashi. I watch Ika, Working, Ben-To, Pengiun, Gintama, Chihayafuru, and C3 with more on deck. My favorite anime are probably Cowboy Bebop and FMP. My favorite manga are Karin and Lovely Complex.
So yea, I don't know what the fuck I like. But damn if I will accept shows like Bebop, GitS, and FMP getting hate. Well...I actually don't care that much but I find it unacceptable...so yea...not sure what that means.

I think TLR Darkness actually has a plot to justify the naked school girls, but I'm not about to go read it to find out.
I tried to watch the first episode but found it completely off-putting. Which says a lot, since I watched Lucky Star in its entirety.
Get over it. It's arguably the best comedy, romance, drama, slice-of-life series around.
The moe stuttering was pretty frustrating but fighting it was part of what was so silly about it
I dunno, I think I'll love any series which is confident and goes full force with how ridiculous it is. It's really fun. I still think the internet made K-on into something slightly different though.

I will admit I'm far less likely to want to read something when I come across a loli. Shonen manga is often a cliche'd genre and I know way too much about what I'm going to get with lolis.

I'll strongly consider it. My favorite romances are probably Planetes, Place Promised, Lovely Complex, Library War, Karin, and Love Hina. My shoujo goes to manga with Aishiteruze Baby, Lovely Complex(again), Prince Ludwig, Monkey High, Special A, Red Haired Snow White, Dengeki Daisy, etc...
I kind of watch/read for the medium if you get what I'm saying. I don't have many SoL on my lists but they have grown on me in the past years.

The difference here is that Zelda is known amongst gaming itself to be a high quality franchise and is commonly accepted as such. Naruto and Bleach are commonly accepted as being low quality franchises in the entire manga fanbase, and everyone of my complaints about them are perfectly valid. Your analogy would be better if you said it's like going into a Sucker Punch thread and saying Sucker Punch sucks.

Well not everyone is like you. I'm a completionist so once I'm on something, I have to finish it.
I also feel like that one can't really have a proper opinion on something unless they've completely experienced it. If I were to write a series review for Naruto, I wouldn't do so without finishing it first. I feel like this should be the standard for anyone who wants to talk about these series, which is my main goal in reading both Naruto and Bleach.
To me anyone who tries to have an extensive opinion on something without finishing the thing they have an opinion on is someone with a failed opinion.

Okay, here is precisely why Shirahoshi will never ever join the Straw Hats ever: has actual responsibilities to fill, just like Vivi. COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY USELESS IN A FIGHT, and that's the biggy, because she would get tentacle raped in the New World. After the timeskip powerups by the crew, any new crew members will have to be already on their level. Sabo is the only possible exception to this. Obviously, she can't go on land (and no, this is not going to be handwaved away). She's way too ****ing big. If the Straw Hats are going to get a fishman in the crew, Jinbe is the perfect size.
