Is it just me or does Bale look resized here to make Hardy seem bigger?

First on our topic list was his new Dark Knight castmates. Since its quite a long list of accomplished actors, we asked him to zero in on Anne, Tom and Joseph.
I had plenty of scenes with Anne, Christian began. And I was there when we did the screen test for her. The thing that I said to Chris [Nolan] that day was that there were many very accomplished actresses who had read for the role. Im terrible at auditions, so Im very impressed when somebody really seems to acquire an ownership of a character without having worked on it or prepared for some amount of time.
I saw that in Anne, he added. When Chris watched the screen test, he agreed that Anne did a wonderful job. In many ways, she has the hardest job. There are a number of people who feel that the Catwoman role has been defined previously. So, I always saw Annes role as being the toughest job of any of us. In my case, Ive stopped referencing outside sources. I now reference Chris own world of Batman as a guide to what I will continue doing.
He raved about Tom Hardy as a phenomenal actor. I like working with him a great deal. He goes the whole hog. I know that Bane has been seen in movies before. But, in my eyes, Tom is essentially creating Bane for the first time so theres great freedom for him to be able to do so.
Joseph is a very intriguing guy, Christian said of the actor who last worked with Chris in Inception. Coincidentally, so did Tom. I would see Josephs performances in other films while we were filming. Hes somebody who truly seems to love acting. Hes a good, smart guy. He did a very good job in the movie.
Christian announced that this could be his last time as the masked vigilante whose secret identity is Bruce Wayne, an American billionaire who as a child witnessed his parents murder, leading him to a life of revenge on crime. I wrapped a few days ago so that will be the last time Im taking that cowl [Batman hood] off, he said. I believe that the whole production wrapped yesterday, so its all done. Everythings finished. Its me and Chris that will be the end of that Batman era.
Christian admitted that playing Bruce Wayne was enjoyable. He explained, We always maintained from the beginning that if you wanted to break it down, there are three personas Batman is sincere, the private Bruce Wayne is sincere. The public version of Bruce Wayne, the playboy, is a completely fabricated performance.
So filming wrapped but it will take another 8 months to come to theater? Ugh!!!!!!!!
Gotta get those bat bike maneuvers looking solidly CG.

Need to bring in a bunch of nobody actors to do a ton of No More Dead Cops style ADR
As long as I cant tell what's happening during a fight, I will be satisfied.Gotta edit chase and fight sequences into a jumble of haphazard quick cuts.
All of the cops are already dead.
Wasn't there going to be a huge scene with a plane landing on a road or something? Shooting has wrapped and we didn't get any spy shots from that?
I think it was filmed somewhere in the North of Scotland. I chatted to some folk from Inverness and they said that a parachutist crashed through someone's roof during a stunt, and there was a fair amount of aerial filming in that area.
Yeah, things did get WORSE THAN EVVEER.
So is Riddler in this or what?

Just learned that this takes place<-----timeline spoiler8 years after TDK. That's...weird.
That means the eventual "Batman: Gotham Knight II" will fill in the gap. Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne/Batman. John Di Maggio as pro-steroid/insane Bane.
That means the eventual TV series will fill in the gap. Tom Welling as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Michael Rosebaum as pre-steroid/sex change Bane.
Am I the only one who can't see this,

Actually Gordon there looks exactly like my boss only without the mustache. My boss is a woman by the way.
Yoso
There's a new leaked description on the 6 min prologue:

I call bs on this one though. Because I found one flaw which is the part where it mentionsBane being one of the masked ninjas in BB. If that were so then Bane would have been a part of Batman Begins.

Well the movie is supposed to have aflashback with Liam Neeson. Wouldn't surprise me if they just integrated the whole plot like that. Still I'm not a fan of editing something into the continuity which clearly was not earlier intended.
Wow, for real? So Bruce is 8 years older.... but looks the same. Has Batman not existed the whole time in-between?Just learned that this takes place<-----timeline spoiler8 years after TDK. That's...weird.

Probably the dude Batman cuts with the sword during the final trial. Major grudge potential there.
