God WWE 12 can be so awesome. I created the nWo and I downloaded the nWo titantron. Now hall and Nash come out to the original nWo music and titantron. It's so awesome. The fact that we have the freedom to have custom titantron videos is amazing.

Halloween havoc lives!!! I have started replacing all ppvs with old wcw ones.

If they fix the community creations so you can access it easier, there is no limit to what can be done.

I miss wcw so bad. It was a huge part o my life. Do you guys think WWE network will show a lot of wcw stuff? I hope they take advantage of the library they have. A big part of my heart died when we lost wcw. :( I cried that night.
 
Someone needs to do a mashup of kane's scream with the "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" part of "been" at the end of warrior's Wrestlemania vi interview. Just have the scream, followed by warrior, followed by the scream, and so on, for about 2 minutes.

It will be glorious.
 
A Ryder heel turn would be epic, and turning Z True Long Island Stories into a show where he just trolls fans for 5 minutes would be fantastic. Once the pops start dying down, they should think about doing something like that to reenergize him. He seems fine as a face for the next few months though I believe.

STAMFORD, CT - WWE, USA Network and NBC will honor the men and women of the United States Armed Forces with the ninth annual holiday special, “WWE Tribute to the Troops” presented by Slim Jim. The program will air as a two-hour special on USA Network on Tuesday, December 13 (9-11 p.m. ET / 7-9 p.m. CT) and as a one-hour special on NBC on Saturday, December 17 (9-10 p.m. ET / 8-9 p.m. CT).

In the grand tradition of Bob Hope, the most patriotic holiday special of the year will feature performances by Grammy award winning R&B sensation Mary J. Blige, multi-platinum rock band Nickelback, comedian George Wallace, and WWE’s biggest Superstars and Divas for thousands of Fort Bragg military personnel and their families at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, NC. Miss USA 2011, Alyssa Campanella, will make a special appearance along with Extra’s Maria Menounos, who will lace up her boots and step into the ring for a special Diva’s match. The special will also include messages of encouragement and thanks from various celebrities such as Matthew McConaughey, Hugh Jackman, The Muppets, Robin Williams, Bradley Cooper and Nicole Kidman, among others.

In keeping with the spirit of “WWE Tribute to the Troops” and bringing a little piece of Americana to our service men and women overseas, the special will chronicle WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon and Superstars Kofi Kingston, Brie Bella and Nikki Bella’s goodwill visit to our troops in Afghanistan, as well as WWE Superstars and Divas visit with the troops and families of Fort Bragg.

Someone knows how I feel, I barely watch wrestling now a days but I got WWE 12 for some random reason. I'm having fun downloading as much as the WCW roster as I can so I can just recreate the old shows use the old roster. I miss everyone like DDP, Goldberg, Sting, and others. I hope one day one of the WWE games uses WCW a lot more and adds legends from them. I would be there day one.

SRG Films has announced that the company’s first film will be “Crossface,” a biopic about Chris Benoit. The film, which will be based on the book “Ring of Hell: The Story of Chris Benoit and the Fall of the Pro Wrestling Industry,” is tentatively scheduled for release in 2013. The official press release is below:

“Crossface”, a biographical thriller, delves into the pressures WWE superstar Chris Benoit faced throughout his wrestling career as the combination of drug-use, depression, and head trauma became increasingly impossible for him to handle. The true story made headline news in 2007 when Chris murdered his wife and young son before taking his own life.

SRG Films head Dale Alexander Carnegie is producing the film, while William Morris Endeavor (WME) is on board to package the project. Former Weinstein Company staffer, Sarah Coulter, turned in the first draft of the script in mid-October.

“All of us grow up believing that wrestling is fake, but looking at the shocking number of deaths in the industry, it quickly becomes evident that there is nothing fake about the dangers of this sport,” Carnegie said. “Chris Benoit has become a poster child for everything that’s wrong with professional wrestling and Sarah’s terrific script captures his struggles and the many factors that led to the deaths of three people.”

Coulter added: “People immediately point to steroids, never thinking about the brain trauma these wrestlers can, and do, incur in their profession, nor do they consider the rigorous schedule that keeps them working even when they shouldn t be. The Benoit story is one that needs to be brought into the light.:

I've seen a few of Chikara matches probably from the past I know before I see High Noon to make a final call. However and this may shock WrestleGAF to its very foundations, but:

I think I actually enjoy this indy promotion, yes it doesn't have the presentatrion of WWE but it seems better than most indy stuff- plus the characters are actually crazy, zany and funny.

A question to UK WrestleGAFers after doing a little research I see SmartMarkVideo sell alot of Chikara how are they for delivery and quality of DVDS? And are they all in region 0?

I feel warm and tingley.
 
Glad to see you're enjoying CHIKARA. And yeah, I've used SmartMark dozens of times and never had any complaints, and the DVDs have always arrived here in the UK in no more than a working week. The DVD's are all Region 0 but, quality-wise, they are DVR's with sticker labels, rather than the fully authored and printed DVDs ROH & PWG use (the upside being that CHIKARA shows are available a lot sooner), but this shouldn't be a problem if you take care of your discs.

Yeh, I'm from the UK too and have never had any problems with Smart Mark when I have used them. Usually get delivered in about a week.

Yeah, in that Colt Cabana interview he is vegan because of health issues so he doesn't get sick alot any more or get tons of staph infections. If he didn't have those problems than he wouldn't be a vegan.

Indy Summit's kicking off any minute, but they're running a bit late as people are still queuing outside - Matt Tremont and Rory something or other are stalling for time by cutting awful promos about their matches on the CZW main show. Also, the commentators are giving me some serious douche chills, they're really awful. Still, no technical problems so far - better than a DGUSA iPPV at least.

Anyone else watching this mess?
