Colt McCoy must feel fucking terrible. Things could not have gone any worse for the Steelers. Ben breaks his leg in half, we lose our starting center and had 2 fumbles inside the 10 yard line and a chance to win the game after a INT (which he followed up driving his team to the 5 then getting sacked and then throwing his own INT). The only thing he has to look forward to is his smoking hot wife I guess.

Know it's not over yet, but just checked the stats. Batch was 0/2 for 0 yards and has a QB rating of 39.6. McCoy's rating is 42.6. So it's almost better to do nothing and gain no yards than to have the game Colt had.

It's the best I've seen since a young Ward, Plax and El, and they're probably better than that. Though Sanders is worrying me, he's been oft injured ever since the SB.

As a Steelers fan I hope they do.
I think Colt's ok. He can be as good as Alex Smith. He'll manage a game and make a few plays, but he's not going to make anyone forget Brian Sipe.

Shurmur inherited a bad team, he needs at least 2 season to develop his own team and identity.
