NHL December |OT| The Team You Cheer For is Not Good Compared To Our Team

Tabris is a joke character, he doesn't actually believe all he says.
Unless his IQ is below 50, which is quite possible. It is the internet.

He's really given a bad name to TRUE Canucks fans on here.

If the Panthers won the cup then Versteeg and Campbell would win TWO Stanley Cups within THREE years.

Factor that into your stat pipe and smoke it!

Marvie, if the Wild won, would you actually go watch the parade?

(I'm having way too much fun with this hypothetical scenario)

It'd be more exciting than one of their games.

You forgot Tomas Kopecky, who would have his 3rd in 5 years.

Yes.

Oh yeah. Kopecky! Truth!

Would you wear your Blackhawks SCF jersey?

Who will you root for in the Wild vs. Panthers SCF this year?

Well, it'd suck seeing Heatley raise the cup, but it'd be awesome for Marvie to have a huge buzz in his town. And Backstrom has earned one...

But the Panthers are huge underdogs that nobody saw winning. And the aforementioned Kopecky, Versteeg and Campbell stat would be hilarious to see.

I dare say I would watch all the games (and be bored shitless) and call it a win/win situation.

Fei, we understand. He makes it hard for us, too.

Only the part in bold was fixed. There aren't enough hours in the day to correct all the ways in which you're wrong.

Actually it would only take a few minutes. Go back in time, give his mom an abortion while she was pregnant with him, then come back. Wouldn't take long at all.

Or he could just go back in time and pull out.

For the record, the notion that the Sedins are one-dimensional is pretty funny, since, contextually, "one-dimensional" denotes that a player only excels at one facet of the game, and is thus a detriment when it comes to the other facets.

The Sedins killed penalties for half of their career. They only got taken off the PK because they became to valuable offensively. They're not blindlingly fast players, because they don't need to be; their hockey sense, cycling, and passing game is arguably next to none in the league. They don't dish out big hits, but they play a strong positional game defensively (HOCKEY SENSEEEEE).

It could be argued when focusing on the mere technicality of the term itself - 'one-dimensional' denoting that they only excel in one specific area (but not necessarily flounder in all others) - but, come on. Given the criteria, someone like Alexander Ovechkin isn't one-dimensional (he scores goals AND throws big hits!), but I'll laugh in the face of anyone who tells me that he's a more complete offensive/defensive player than the Sedins.

Wow, Malcolm Subban is now ranked 22 on the draft prospects list.

He'd make a great back up for Price :D apprently the third brother Jordan is a d man and progressing faster then Subban did. The black version of the Staal brothers? Also Gionta has a groin injury and is on IR seems its been nagging him all season.

I'm with CCF here. The baggage remains until you win. Tabris is 14 so he hasn't lived through any real disasters. It's no different than my Caps or Leafs. Baggage remains until they win.
However, I've long resigned myself to the fact that both teams will never win the Cup as long as I'm alive. I've seen too much to make me a believer.

I'm not bitter at all. In fact, it makes my daily life a lot more enjoyable that way. Caps choke a 3-1 serious lead? No problem. "May I have a tall Americano?" will be the first thing I utter the next morning followed closely by "what grade do you think she's in?"

I also have a better chance at 80 years old at bagging a 16 year old than the Caps and Leafs ever do at winning a Cup.

It's win/win for me until I hit 80 and a monumental challenge either way.

Oh Penis LOL. Even that Bruins fan guy wouldn't believe last season and kept saying the season was over whenever the Bruins fell behind 1-0 in a game. You need to touch Jesus's wounds before you believe you Thomas you.

Naah I only kid. I'd figure with 3 of them at least one would be a forward.
