HOW DOES THIS NOT LOOK DUMB AND GOOFY TO EVERYONE?

bleh. Maybe it is just me

If you look at the stuff WB sent websites today, theres a Gotham map with 5 Strike Zones mapped out.

The football stadium is Strike Zone 1. Strike Zone 2 is the Narrows...

Nolan-Verse version of Hines Ward is 200 times the player that our version of Hines Ward is.

Nolan-Verse Ward doesn't need blockers to run dat shit back.

About Hardy, it's always boggles my mind at his body size increase over the years. The last few (Bronson, Warrior, TDKR), from being Twombly in Black Hawk Down and his small role in Band of Brothers. Skinny dude back then.

It's just a few posts up, #12715

He wasn't limping very severely though... :/

Im assuming
all those years of being Batman catch up to him in his retirement. It also increases the chances of a "Getting Stronger" montage.

And those are always awesome (if backed by an awesome 80's rock track.)

Same way I was in splits when Quatrich destroyed the Hometree or Tsu'tey fell to his death.

The hometree scene looked fine dude.

This football scene is more Roland Emmerich than Michael Bay. I gotta say if this was in the 2012 trailer it would probably be mocked on GAF. But whatever it's just one scene, the rest of the trailer looked pretty cool.

Particularly the prison shit. I'm excited to see what they do with that.

.

Agree with everything here. Movie still looks awesome.

Wait why was Bruce in that jail? I can't imagine anyone being able to break into Wayne Manor 2.0 and dragging him out without him putting up one hell of a fight.

They should have done the explosion on a baseball diamond.

Have the player run after a fly ball and jump over the fence to catch it, then he looks down and notices that there is no field under his feet.

The trailer had an edit in it, that went from the group of people repelling down the "well" to what looks like the same guys repelling in the middle of the "jail/multi-staired room"

So maybe the premise is this area is located deep underground, and the only way in is through that giant hole in the ground. Would be a hard prison to get out of.

If they're repelling down a well, that seems to hint more towards BB and Batman's cave in which case the LOS should know he's Batman. Afnd I doubt they would just throw Batman in a regular prison cell.

Also my comment was more in that how did they even capture Bruce in the first place. He's Batman for a reason.

I do have one complaint and that is Bane is hard as fuck to understand.

LOL! Bruce's well wasn't that big.

Oh snap, I really like that, actually. And Bruce eventually escapes and crawls out of there, mirroring the well in Begins.

He could have expanded it. Do we know if the Batplane(or whatever it's called) is a hovercraft or some sort of mini-jet? That could be a reason for the expansion.

I just don't see why someone would put a prison at the bottom of a well. Underground I can understand but not a well/something circular like that.

football stadium explosion is cheesy as fuck. hate it

But the whole movie is about a rag-tag football team and their down-and-out coach. Through perseverance, they finally find themselves within striking distance of their first victory against the best team in the league. Then this happens.

Whoa, is there a better-quality version of the Prologue out now? I would appreciate if someone could PM me a link to it. Thanks!

That makes sense. The prison is probably where Bane was kept as a child. In the teaser trailer from way back we saw him climbing out of something that looked like a well, probably when he was young. That was when he escaped.

Maybe he decides to put Bruce in there as a punishment?

I'm just saying it seems to be as big as that
big greenscreen well/hole we saw set pictures of in India.

That would be a neat twist but wouldn't that imply that he was thrown in prison somewhere near Gotham?

Well, first you'd have to crawl on the ceiling, just to read the end of the "well", then climb up it.

It'd be one thing if they could touch the inner surface of the "well", it's another if that part is elevated/out of the way.

I'm thinking like, a wine bottle/jug. Prison is the wider space at the bottom. Neck is the way out.

Can't wait to find out all this is wrong!

Is it July yet?

hines ward is the man

And obviously Chris nolan is Trolling American Football. Just like he trolls American Actors.

Also, I feel bad for that last guy trying to tackle Hines Ward. Cause its like...He not only missed the tackle, but also missed saving his life and just died. It's like damn...double fucked up

Nolan-Verse Ward puts da team on his back do...

hines ward is the man

That Hines Ward is a Fictional Character. On multiple levels.

He has no Blockers, no teammates on the field, and on the one sideline you can see, there are no coaches or teamates.

Hines Ward versus Another Team!

Not very popular though, plenty of empty seats in the upper decks.

Gotham Rogues are the Jag's of NolanVerse

I knew it!

its a giant rearlight!

see, you guys, batman doesn't use guns.
