You're my only hope.
My guess is that
when the CIA checks the plane, they'll find the mangled corpse and do a test on the DNA and find the doctor's blood. Thus they'll think everyone died neatly in the plane crash and won't go looking around.
He's transfusing the blood into the dead body so that when they inspect the wreckage, they'll believe the doctor is dead.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the higher/rising tone in his voice. I hope Bane sticks to speaking in lower tones, sounds scarier that way.
