So when it's finally a Hawks game on a channel I have, I manage to get emergency kicked out of my apartment because of a gas leak. How has the first period been?

He was bent over managing the puck and was coming up with Engo hit him. Engo leaned into him and they both went down onto the ice. I didn't see it a thousand times but it didn't look like an obvious charging call to me.

I just got back home from Maple Leafs Fan Night. It was pretty fun! The first 30 or so minutes was just the Leafs practicing: 2-on-0s, 3-on-1s, 5-on-0 breakouts, shots from the point and deflections, etc... Then they played a 4-on-4 scrimmage that lasted for one 15-minute period. And finally they had a shootout where every Leaf player took a shot. Team Blue (w/ players like Reimer, Lupul, Grabovski, Kulemin, Kessel and more) beat the shit out of Team White (w/ players like Liles, Phaneuf, Crabb, Connolly, Gustavsson and more) in both the scrimmage and the shootout.
God damn red seats are great. I was the closest I've been to the ice at the ACC (in the only other two actual Leaf games I've gone to I had purple seats).
