I have a bit of a strange request.
Can you guys list the most HNNNGH episodes of the main shows people are watching right now (example, episode 11 of Ika Musume for Dat short hair and certain episodes of Ben-TO for Ice witchness) because I dont have al ot of free time lately and I want to indulge in as much cute as possible before I have to go to work Thursday evening.
I will catch up on the shows later but I just want the cute stuff for now.

Well what I liked about episode 11 was the powerful sense of narrative resolution it created. It sort of resolved some of the (non-romantic) relationships the characters had and displayed their change over time instead of depending so much on the God of Status Quo.
I mean, what I enjoyed about YuruYuri is that it could pull off status quo changes without drastically risking the mood of the show. They can have two characters "try out" a relationship and it would be as an endless river of yuri :cajun, one that can be turned off whenever they like because the tone of the show lets them play pretty much anything they like off for laughs. Hell, Akari could get out-and-out yuri-raped, and they'd be able to drop a joke about it.
Just look at this show, the comic runs in explicitly yuri publications and has been for the last three years. It's not like Namori's required to keep it all subtext and jokes. Otherwise, it could just be on some other random gag publication. I refuse to believe it stays in this constant flux of romantic tension the whole time. There has to be a beta couple eventually...

And this is somewhat related to Lewis Carroll; remember that there is no better present to make for this festivities than some of the cool merchandising from Kyōsogiga... please, the continuity of the project depends on it!

Anyway, I'd say all of YuruYuri counts, and episodes 1, 5, and 6 of FamuFamFam. Haven't really been watching anything super hnnnng recently beyond YuruYuri, but then I suppose that's standard for me. I tend to favor GAR over anything extra :cajun.

Chihiro doesn't show any sign of recalling anything, and clings in fear to her mother when going through the entrance hall at the end just as tightly as she did at the beginning, which seems to indicate that nothing has really changed.

The show has been quite dreary so far, I get what they're trying to achieve with episode 4 but at the end of the day I just spent most of that episode watching a ghost in a tree monologuing about loneliness. (which, okay we get it, Natsume was lonely as a child).

Personally, I think it could go both ways but I had the impression she remembers by the way she expresses concern for his parents when she re-encounters with them and forces herself not to look behind. It is true, a you say, that the faded transition between that scenes and the unlikely (for the later, conscious Chihiro) cowardly attitude she shows in the tunnel could be a hint (I thought that, just regained her parents and after all she had done, she experimented fear because she didn't know what to expect from that world she left, accustomed as she was at what she experienced there), however after that she also isn't surprised, unlike his parents, by the time it has seemingly passed since they left the car (by the look of it), and that latest "mono no aware" moment with 'bling' of the memento included, well... all makes me think she knows, and that goes accordingly with the running theme of the movie of understanding, with maturity, one's position in the scheme of things.
Maybe at the end what she has is that strange sensation of a memory from a long forgotten past moment (like a name you once had), that returns to make you think, or maybe not... I'm not sure! It is possible that ambiguity was the objective.

I think Chihiro might have been more like "WHAT IN THE FUCKING HELL DID I JUST EXPERIENCE?" which, frankly, would make me cling really tight to whatever was nearby in terror, even if it were an angry molerat with killer bees on its head. That might be a bit uncomfortable now that I think about it.
Well, some say "truth is in the eye of the beholder", and I can't handle the truth...
