Nope, all the DLC is separate. You'd still have to pay for the DLC.

I never saw anything about a credit on my account. When I checked the email I use for amazon, I saw six separate $5 promo codes.

I got the $5 from renegade ops too but it said that I can't use it until January.

Go to your your Games and Software Library, should be an option if you go to your account settings

Copy the activation key and use it on steam
