update: Apparently it's Region A/1
Region A/1: North America, Central America, South America, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Region B/2: Europe, Greenland, French territories, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

The last few minutes of this match is Jim Ross at his very best imo.

Nothing like Jim Ross going ballistic over what's going on in the ring.

I agree, but let's not be so quick to forget that Cena was one half of the match of the year, and he was no slacker in that match.

That sort of just annoys me more. It's not like Hulk Hogan or something where he can't do much more than he did in his standard Hogan matches (by the late 80's anyway), Cena CAN wrestle. He's no Punk or Bryan, but he's a competent mat wrestler.

It feels like Orton puts effort into his matches while Cena doesn't, sure, an outta nowhere RKO will probably be the finish, and he's gonna get in all his signature moves, but he keeps it varied and engaging otherwise (and like I said, he messes with his signature moves a lot these days). Cena vs. Punk might have been the first time in five years someone actually interrupted that fucking sequence of moves (say it with me: shoulder....shoulder....protoplex...hand in the air...five knuck-ZZZZZZZZ). Cena always feels like he's just waiting throughout the match until he does his sequence, then either ends he match or begins the home stretch.

It's not like he's only getting brief TV matches, either, he's been in countless PPV main events where he's free to construct a match, and he never does anything close to what he's capable of. I understand he really doesn't give a shit at this point and is so damn bored of his own character and booking, but hell, that means it's boring for ME, the viewer too.

My unpopular opinion: blood in wrestling is completely unnecessary. Blading does not heighten any dramatic tension for me. It just grosses me out. I'd rather not see blood. It's a cop out for people who can't sell.

His booking was bad in the beginning but after Christian his booking has been alot better. He actually loses clean alot now. He put over Mark Henry clean twice. He lost at survivor series and now he lost to Wade.

Thats why he will never be Cena because when was the last time Cena lost clean or put someone over?

--WWE announced today that the name Capitol Punishment as a show for next year is being replaced by the return of the legendary PPV--Bragging Rights. You mean December to Dismember wasn't available? It's scheduled for 6/17 and will be on the WWE Network.

According to well placed source in WWE there was a backstage incident that occurred while WWE was over in Iraq. The incident involved Umaga, Randy Orton, and Shawn Michaels. Apparently the seamstress told Umaga that he could not use the colors that he wanted for his tights because they were the colors that Triple H uses. However, Umaga insisted that the seamstress fulfill his request.

The seamstress complied and when Umaga went through the curtain in the tights, Shawn Michaels completely flipped out. WWE Champion Randy Orton was said to be the only person that stood up for the Samoan Bulldozer and fired back at Shawn.

It has been incidents like this that have completely altered Randy Orton’s reputation backstage. The feeling is that he is now a leader and is one of the few superstars that does not take crap off of Triple H and Shawn Michaels.

I'm really enjoying reading all this Orton love, especially Ithil's epic post on the last page.

I'm also fearing that something like this could be what's happening with his injury:

1. The doctor(s) probably recommended him getting surgery for the disc which was the original 6 months recovery time frame.

2. WWE higher-ups knew losing him for that long would be a crippling blow to the company, especially with The Network launching April 1st, so they asked him or coaxed him somehow to skip the surgery and just heel up for a month or so.

3. Doctor(s) probably said this was not a good idea and he could risk much more serious injury to himself if he continues to wrestle in his current state (how many times have we heard this happening before to our fav guys)
