Even mistake ridden as we are we are just as good a team as USCe. I was merely pointing out that our loss wasn't a result of our conference (as your post stated) but a result of a team that can't execute on a consistent basis.

Not a tautology Sir.

A team that can't execute on a consistent basis, would in a good conference year, not end up facing a solid USCe squad.

Usually the Big 10 just chokes in the main game, and does well in all the lower level bowls. This year seems to be different. Mainly due to the conference as a whole sucking, resulting in teams going to bowls they wouldn't go to in normal years.

And we are right back at the start!

I agree with you there, Mich/VT? WTF?

Regular season hype?
The lack of hype doesn't really change much. It actually just makes it closer to the BE/ACC(since they get no hype). Things could be a little skewed in the day to day dealings of the Big 10 since I spend most of my Saturdays filled with liquor season in and season out in Orlando, though.

But even if Michigan St. wins, eh. So what. Boise St. has been there done that against UGA. And hell, even UCF too and they had to face AJ Green.

Big sack! Pushing them back another couple of few yards, and you know UGA has the fact that they missed one to win already in their minds.

Wow, who was supposed to be bursting out of the gates again?

Oregon Toasterheads need to respond.

Is Musberger on drugs?
