Wiscy's D got off the plane?

A really bad Ohio State team lost to a really bad Florida team by a touchdown after gifting them 14 points on special teams? What a coup.

tOSU was within 1 score of every game they lost this year except Miami, which occurred when they still had players suspended. Florida, on the other hand, had their asses handed to them in back-to-back 30 point losses and also turned in one of their worst offensive performances of the season against FSU, the game immediately preceding their bowl game. tOSU should have one this one easily.

Besides, this is also the Bowl Game that tOSU wanted so bad that they're barred from playing in any post season game next season!

The way they're soft-casting up that Oregon lineman's leg, it looks like he might have broken something.

I can't take this kind of Rose Bowl two years in a row. Badgers need another TD here to build up a cushion.

I wonder if Gondo's body is ready.

What do you see here that would indicate that we are a solid, consistent team? We have some talented players as does Florida, but the part where it's supposed to fit together into a good team is just not there.

That's one way to put it. On the other hand you can chalk it up to Gene Smith's arrogance stupidity.

So NCAA college football GAF, a high scoring low defense game like Baylor/Washington or Wisconsin/Oregon, or a low scoring high defense game like LSU/Bama?

This may be too serious of an answer but I prefer defensive games..but not to the extreme extent like LSU Bama 1 was. Love when touchdowns ar a premium when a team finally breaks through or a team makes a costly mistake for a score.

Just forget all of the scoring plays in games llike this or Packers/Lions yesterday, makes each score a little less special, an doubly so. 1.) More of them and 2.) Each one is more likely to be quickly matched in a shootout.

I was looking at then when I made my post. I also looked at Florida's schedule and results. Like I said, OSU was within 1 score in every single one of their losses, except Miami. You should have beaten Florida with ease. I'm starting to think OSU will never beat an SEC team in a bowl game.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. OSU chose to play this year over next year.

Pretty sure it wouldnt have mattered had they chose not to go to a bowl game this year. They were still gettin that ban next year regardless.

No they weren't. They were getting handed a 1 year postseason ban. Since they didn't self-impose, the NCAA took matters into their own hands.

And they lost again by one score, surprise!
