Jim Harbaugh on supposedly not following "gentleman's agreement" by bypassing call to #Saints coach Sean Payton before preseason game: “I’m certainly not aware of any gentleman’s agreement. I even asked my brother: ‘Is there some sort of gentleman’s agreement that you call a coach before a game, a preseason game?’ He wasn’t aware of any. And even if there was we wouldn’t do it anyway. We ask no quarter. We give no quarter. That’s how we approach things.”

That Gentleman's agreement story sounds like a bunch of horseshit. Who reported it first?

So let me get this straight. The ravens SHOULD win despite our QB. But when i bring up shaub shitting the bed I'm talking irrelevant points?? So no matter what you people refuse to believe that the ravens are better than the texans no matter who is playing QB.

All I've been saying this whole time is that shaub sucks just as much as flacco does so this whole injury excuse doesn't work because the ravens as a TEAM are better than the texans.

Love Harbaughs attitude.

Hopefully we are replaying the film from the first preseason game because the Saints made our offensive line look like garbage. What was good about that game though is the Saints first team offense couldn't do anything against our first team defense.

Here's hoping it's the latter.

Also, Dale Lolley says Hines is retiring. don't know who to believe anymore.

At this point, I don't know how Hines can come back. I love the guy, but it's clear the coaching staff doesn't want him on the team anymore. So if he comes back, he'll force their hand to cut him. And then at 36 is he really going to try and sign with somebody else? Certainly isn't going to get the kind of cash he was getting.

they already won it next year. fuck the haters.

How will Chicago plan having a Bears parade AND a Cubs parade next year?

Honestly though, I feel bad for the Bears. I hope they rebuild smarter this time with more well planned drafting.

im not sure if you're aware or up to date on current events, but it's not likely that schaub plays this weekend.

You can't be this dense....
Ravens beat Shaub on a pick 6 in OT = "but but our defense..."
Ravens beat Shaub this year = "but but no dre"
Ravens beat Yates = "but but but no shaub"

When will texans fans understand they are not as good as the ravens, even with our garbage QB

Yates is my quataback...not Schaub.

And I can disrespect Flacco because...he's Joe Flacco.

Given to one of my friends by Connor Barwin. Pretty sure this is not how Ray Lewis feels about Joe Flacco. Pretty sure this is not how Connor Barwin felt about Matt Leinart either. It must be the mustaches.
Actually it's the whole "football ability" versus "desire to win" thing. You know, the same reason Champ Bailey and Von Miller play like they're trying to put it all on the line for Tebow, but played listlessly for Orton?
Do the Texans have an extremely tough task ahead of them, on the road, against a vicious defense? Yes, the home team won every game last weekend. Will TJ be a back-up again after this year? Absolutely. But he will forever own a piece of Houston sports history... and in a state that's known for worshipping back-ups who are capable of these sorts of feats (see: Major Applewhite).

Do I want to buy a last minute ticket to Baltimore? Also yes.

you cant be this moronic right? You know what you sound like right? You sound like the guy "i dont even know know why they should bother playing the game..." thats what you sound like right now.

So let me get this straight....the Ravens are playing against Yates at QB...yet you insist on bringing up Schaub because your own QB is garbage and IS playing in the game this weekend. It's ok to bring Flaccid up because he will be suiting up brah. Why the fuck are you continuing to bring Schaub up? What does Matthew Schaub have to do with this playoff game? NOTHING. He is irrelevant. Nobody said the Ravens weren't better I dunno where you're getting this from Just because they're better doesn't mean they will win (see: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Denver Broncos).

wait wait wait, wait... wait, Matt Schaub is short for Matthew Schaub?
Mind. Blown.

I'm not going to lie. I'm nervous as shit about this game. I don't care that we're home, and I don't care about TJ Yates. I care about Joe Flaccameron fucking us over. And it could happen, nay, very likely will happen.

I hate football for this kind of stress.

An interesting statistic about the Saints defense:

On the road, in the red zone the Saints allow a touchdown on 74.1% of opportunities.

Damn that is so fucking sorry the Niners may even be able to luck into a few touchdowns.
