I've got the First Edition wifi bundle paid in full and I can't wait for February 14th.

I'm just really hoping that Gravity Rush is available near launch because that's the game I've got my sights on, that and Escape Plan.

That's great news, the gaf webapp is truly awesome and its only going to get better once it becomes official. Guess I'll be browsing gaf on this quite a bit then.

Is it really? I haven't been able to play Killzone 3 or any other remote play compatible PS3 title.

I can play any/every PS1 title & mini that I have.

That's actually really hard to do, but appreciate the recommendation nonetheless!
Once again, it's this one:

I hadn't tried it before, as I have a smartphone I usually use. For occasional browsing I'll probably still use the smartphone as its always in my pocket and available (gaf is pinned to the start screen). But for longer reading sessions I might start using the vita as the increased width of the screen feels more restful for my eyes.

And Minna no Golf 6.

I thought Minna no Golf was only asynchronous - i.e competing and posting scores to online leader boards? Can you set up proper realtime online lobbies too?

edit: Shihiko (http://mingol.shihiko.net/?page_id=32) is saying he managed to get online with the Asia version of Mingol and the JPN online pass. Its a long shot, but that might open up DLC/online passes to be region free? Wonder if its worth risking buying a UK online pass and trying with mingol, or just rebuy everybody's golf in the UK?

Bought my WiFi PSVita about a week ago while on vacation. I looooooove this thing! It improves on the PSP in almost every way!

I'm getting a wifi unit, am a little confused with this 'near' business.

Is it like the 3ds whereby you leave wifi on and the unit in standy mode when you're out and about to pick up high scores, items etc. Trying to work out if i'll be missing out on anything in comparison with the 3G device.

GAF, would you buy a WiFi Vita for $330? That's the cheapest I can find in my country right now. I really want it.

If we're talking U.S. dollars, then yes. That's only $6.00 or $7.00 more than the Japanese retail price when you take the exchange rate into consideration.
