Ziggler is the most consistent (Punk is the best when he's good and the worst when he's bad) on the stick at the moment. I kind of preferred his super fast rapid fire taunts, but his pace on Monday seemed to be dead on for the crowd.
Also, why on Earth would you ever want Ziggler to turn face? He does need to break out on his own, but turning him is just a hilariously bad idea.
I know Krae_Man posted the list, but yeah I'm going with two others. So a specific GAF meet-up may not work for me, but I'm sure many of us will be going to the same events.
Is there some way we can do a multi-person PM conversation to organize or maybe a thread in Community or something?
Yeah, there are just so many guys on SD! right now that could be potential contenders come Wrestlemania that I figure they may as well put them all in the same match so that at least that title match gets decent time.
Mick Foley is a human punching bag who worked that fact into a couple very good wrestling characters.
He also has a good knowledge of how to work a crowd and cut a promo. He's by no means a technician but makes up for it in so many ways.
Personally I really don't care for The Rock as a pro wrestler, though I love him as an actor and in appearances away from wrestling.
Does that make me weird?
If enough people are going to Dragon Gate USA Friday night, I think that show would be our best shot at meeting up.

Doesn't that run at the same time as ROH? Not that I'm particularly invested in one over the other, just seems like a busy time for a meet up.
One thing that is a near-guarantee is that we'll be in a bar around lunch time on Sunday somewhere near the arena. Could be good fun with a lot of people.
I hope that when the crowd gets wise to how amazing Ziggler is they start booing louder for him.

Only time Rude was a face was when he hit ECW after he retired but that was only for a month or two.
I agree with you on the Rude.
The problem is he hides behind Vickie for a reaction.
He needs too dump Vickie, get mic time and bam, the crowd will take notice. I don't even know why Vickie is there. The "girlfriend" storyline was done a long time ago!
I think what Vince should do is have Vickie throw Ziggler away after he loses to Punk at RR, choosing Swagger instead since he is the US champ, but god damn does Swagger suck a lot. That dude is never going to make it.
It runs at the same time as ROH, yes. This is why I said if enough people go to DGUSA on Friday. Also, around lunch time Sunday I'll be at Wrestlereunion meeting the likes of Vader, Animal, Lex Luger and D-Lo Brown. That will take up my day at least till 3pm.

No he can't. When he enters the arena, nobody cheers or boos him. That means he has no reaction. If the crowd booed or cheered him loudly enough so we could hear it over his crappy entrance music then that would be good, but it doesn't happen.
Dump Vickie, get mic time, gain momentum, bam, you're over.

Ziggler really needs to return to the 'I am perfection' opening to his music.
I still hate they dropped "I Am Perfection", ugh.
But I think he is surely capable of doing it on his own. Drop her, let him work several weeks getting wins, and having the best matches (which he usually does), he's going to be fine. He doesn't need an extreme amount of heat in the sense of Vickie or, in Smackdown's case, Daniel Bryan. The angle isn't there for him to get it. Another good thing about him is he doesn't try the cheap heat shit Michael Cole and Miz try all the time.
Dude has so much talent he could definitely get over by himself. I really feel that Vickie is his handicap (despite the fact that she is the most over heel along with cole).
He has great matches, and proved that he can be great on the mic too.
After WM28 is over, I think he should be given a push against Cena/Punk/Jericho.

I was a huge D'Lo fan until I meet him in person during the Attitude Era. Man treated me like crap, but maybe because he was a heel.

I'm mostly psyched for meeting Vader. He was one half of the main event for the first wrestling show I ever attended vs Flair. It was Superbrawl IV. I really wish they released that one on VHS, for some reason they didn't.

I really wish Vickie had a stable. Remember the first 3 forms of the Horsemen had J.J. Dillion. They didn't need him but he made it work.

Do you know who could really benefit from Vickie? Tyson Kidd. Great wrestler but badly, badly needs a mouthpiece. He's still supposed to be a heel, right? Haven't watched Superstars in forever.
Cole was also much more calm during this episode of Raw and wasn't insulting everything or yelling. Or it could be that Daniel Bryan=ratings
Hardly he was featured in the hour where the ratings dropped he is a much better heel than face but he won't get a long run.

I initially thought she was going to run a stable of guys when she first started coaching Swagger and Ziggler together, but she ended up not doing that. I wouldn't complain if she did, her onscreen persona is amazing.

Apart both are still enjoyable, but together, you have something amazing. And as good as Ziggler is on the mic and in the ring, he can't draw the heat that Vicki can draw saying just two words, yet. He'll get there, and I do think that Vicki being there is hindering it happening sooner, but he can't just drop Vicki, they have to work out a way for him to do it without coming off as a face, or without garnering sympathy from the crowd.

I don't know why people are dying to get Dolph away from Vickie. They're great together, and it's not like she's still his mouthpiece. Dolph's his own man now, but that doesn't mean they have to be split up just because. They shouldn't split for at least another year and the only acceptable split would be because Vickie starts trying to become the "face" of the duo again by speaking over Ziggles, and attempting to interfere in matches only to get Dolph DQ'd a few times. Ziggler ends the partnership, Vickie moves on to a new client.

Sound like the Tully Blanchard vs Ric Flair feud. Which I have to say was one of the best NWA feuds ever. I'm not a huge Flair fan when he's a face, but it was amazing. TUlly was just like Flair but with a cheaper rope.
