Mother of God. If they want to do that maybe they could try putting a little bit of effort in so that they're at least as good as the first series, which isn't even a high-watermark considering the numerous revisions they made to it for the DVD/BD release.
It really sounds like "we want to make as many of these as fast as possible for to generate as much money as possible" when you say you want to make another six.

Figures that fanservice would creep into even something as good as Chihayafuru. This is one of the more indecent shots we've seen thus far in the new season--you can see everything, even their bare feet. How lewd.

Nah, Simoun is a fairly straight-forward story that moves along regularly in ways that are clear, unlike X'amd which gets pretty, er, meandering.

Forget team Arata/Taichi/Karuta/Sensei. Team Snowmaru is where it's at now.
Characterization continues being solid, soundtrack continues being awesome, Karuta continues being dumb, great show continues being great. Madhouse is doing some damn good work here. It's kind of a shame they're already dead.

I went into Asobi expecting good things. Alien cat girls, what could go wrong?
About 2/3rds of the way through I stopped watching, and it took me a couple of months to try and finish it. It was pretty damn boring.
Chaika was super cute, though. <3
