My predictions for the next few Naruto chapters.
Naruto and Kurama start rampaging and wrecking shit and Tobi becomes overwhelemed and over the course of the skirmish he continuously refers to a technique that he might have to use, Naruto keeps rampaging and Madara decides that it's time to use "that" technique. Before he uses it, enter Sasuke. Talk talk talk, Naruto and Sasuke start fighting and the scene cuts back to the kages Vs Madara.That's all I got for now.
Eventually it ends up being Naruto and Sasuke vs Tobi.

What the hell, this arc was actually pretty good. Takeru grows a pair and pulls off some very nice attacks (even though his chivalry is getting to be a pain in the ass). Pure fighting arc with a diminished focus on comedy which is good because this isn't funny.
Glad I actually started this and decided not to take it off my wishlist. Kind of crappy and cliche intro, but it really found its identity with this arc.

I doubt Kishi will have Naruto fight Sasuke. I feel like the war arc will come to a close and Naruto will postpone his fight with Sasuke for a bit. There's no way in hell Naruto & Sasuke will team up to beat Tobi, Sasuke bears no ill grudge to him (yet)
He's still got to lay waste to Konoha elders.

Kishi has already said that Naruto and Sasuke are gonna fight. Sasuke has said that he will fight Naruto before anyone else. Madara has lied to Sasuke that the 9 tail attack on the village that furthered the segregation of the Uchiha was a natural disaster and Sasuke won't take the revelation that Tobi was behind it kindly.

I don't have a lot of faith he's planning to end Naruto soon. We've still got some loose ends. Not to mention that Kabuto isn't actually physically near them and we've still got Yamato captured.
We've already established that backtracking occurs, so the answer is assuredly yes.
Plus I think Zombie Itachi will show up and also reveal the truth which would leave Sasuke conflicted.
I started this series then forgot about it, thanks for reminding me. The main chick must have strong back muscles.

Itachi is after Kabuto. With Yamato, I think he's gonna be rescued in one of those montage panels after the war is over.
I don't think Kishi will end Naruto soon, but I feel like this is truly the final arc. There's really nothing one can accomplish after defeating Tobi that couldn't be covered in this arc. At most, all I could see is some shit happening where Kabutor resurrects the Sage of Six Paths and he becomes the final boss, but all of that could easily happen in this arc.

I think the samething.
My bet is still Naruto vs Sauce and Real broken free some how Madara vs Tobi well be the final battle. after the dust is settled Naruto becomes a legend. What I would like to see is him not become Hokage. That's because he couldnt save/change Sauce and he will realize that as long as the nations are apart there will always be war. Him and the surviving leaders will form something greater than what they are now.

No one thinks of a convincing/redemption Sasuke arc? A Naruto Hokage arc? Two arcs could still be generated.

Naruto is going to be leader of the village after this arc. If there is another arc it would be better if it was accompanied by a time jump.
Personally I do not want an arc where truly nothing happens, save that for Naruto GT.
Sasuke needs no redemption.
This is the last arc. What the fuck is there to do after this resolves anyway? If Sasuke becomes the big bad, that would be stupid. Since he, as a character, is basically a shell of a prior plotline. His character, for as big as it's supposed to be, serves no purpose to the actual plot. Naruto's irrational infatuation for him needs to be deaded by the time this war is over. Hopefully Sasuke goes hard like he always does and fucks around and kills Sakura or some shit.

Good first chapter for the new case. It seems like Takagi is planning to propose to Satou sometime soon, so that's a pretty big development, and there was a little bit of stuff related to Amuro, too. I wonder what his other purpose at the police station was (obviously he's Bourbon, but I'd be curious as to what his actual plans were (outside of trying to see Agasa or Haibara)). I'm really happy that we have a case dedicated to Takagi and Satou, since it's been a little while since they were at the forefront.

Caught up. Nothing touching the Venus arc yet, but Takeru has progressed A LOT more than most wimpy protagonists would at this point. Nice to have a main guy going from useless to punching out giant octopuses (octopi?) in 2 days rather than 400 chapters.
Looks like shit is starting to hit the fan, so maybe we'll get another serious arc now.

I think Hinata's "role", if you can even call it that, is over and done with the conclusion of the pain arc.

Very disappointing if Snake beat that guy so easily...I am getting a bit bored of farmland saga to be honest. I can agree with some of Thorfinn's sentiments, but sometimes being passive to an event, even if following a non-violent approach, is hardly followin a righteous path either.
Eventhough snake seems like a decent guy relative to the plot, I hope there is some pretext for Thorfinn to match up to him...considering his prior skills were likely superior

What a surprise. I've been sitting on this one for a little while, and while it looked interesting,
I didn't actually expect it to be this interesting. Noir. Romance. Action. Comedy.
The actual arc took a while to warm up, but the characters have been fun,
and the art--specifically, the use of motion--has been phenomenal. Togusa's a pretty bad ass dude.
