The real Naruto (the one standing atop Kurama in full badass mode with the chakra pimpcoat on) made a Kage Bunshin, which went into Sennin Mode to sense the chakra rods for the real Naruto.

I guess you are probarly right. Sasuke didn't use the same trick on Bee, so it probarly won't work on perfect hosts.

Yeah Buddha has a ton of incredibly powerful scenes. I was amazed at how much it was able to affect me when I was reading it.

That would be the dumbest shit ever. Naruto was probably the strongest before in the manga and this chapter solidified it. He just wrecked shit out of all the other bijuu and It would be such bullshit if sauce gets such a ridiculous power up just because he switched eyes.

I'm so hyped up! You can tell Oda wanted to sort of wasted the chapter just so he'd end up with an epic entrance into the New World. Brrr, so much goosebumps just from that last page.
And by 'wasted' I mean, 'awesome crew interactions'.

Funny crew interactions are always great to read. I'm glad they already surfaced after 1 chapter, I was afraid oda would spread it out over multiple chapters like with their trip to FI.
I'm guessing they surfaced far from Smoker since they rode that whirlpool though.

one one hand, Naruto's new giant Kyuubi cloak design looks on par with Sasuke's giant Susanoo cloak thing. that said, there's no way Susanoo can stand the new Kyuubi cloak who just bitch slap 5 other bijuu like that

Except he isn't. At most they're gonna stalemate.
sasuke will probably take that statue away from tobe and power up from that. all those demons powers together probably equals the 9 tails.

You could tell that this was just a chapter so that Oda could fill the void and make for an epic entrance. And boy did he succeed. That is just fucking amazing! I can't wait to see ho the anime does that particular part since the sea of flames can't be seen in color. Still, Oda did a fantastic job with that last panel and the sense of scale, which he always does well. Other than that, a funny crew interaction chapter. Love the Sanji headcount.

Naruto looking pretty badass there. Funny really that he's had like 3 full scale powerups in the space of so many years though. Definitely shows a willingness to speed this shit to the end.
And what would a voyage into a new sea of the One Piece world be without a giant fucking whale or whole pod of them to see it in? Pretty crazy the sea is actually on fire and red.

damn I love godzilla, naruto became even more over powered how is kishi going to make sasuke match that?
best naruto chapter in like 4 years, couldn't realy tell what was going on in some of the panels but hope it's animated by the same people who did the pain loony toon fight.

Great art. Plenty of action, a transformation. One of the better chapters in this entire arc.
Still, I couldn't tell wtf was going on in some of those panels...and looking back on this in the future it's pretty sad that one of the biggest powerups will have come by talk no jutsu, but whatever. The new transformation looks like Ichigo's Fullbring in a way.
Anyways, you know what sucks? That fucking Kakashi (and Guy) got completely shafted and became fodder. "Oh, I'm going to have to use a technique that would be awesome!"..."No, Kakashi, let me use a technique that readers have been wanting to see for years!"

I know this is partially a joke, but no. They didn't do shit. If they did, Guy WOULD have released gates. Kakashi would have used his Sharinganhax, and then Naruto could have showed up and there would have been consequences to their arrival.To support Naruto and B, which they did. They fought... A lil'. But c'mon, they're up against five Bijuu.

all the yellow flash move call backs are dumb when yellow flash was a telepoting move by the forth not a kyubi power up speed.
