They'd both be dead, Sasuke would have died from the force of the guillotine kick and the Raikage would have been engulfed in the Amaterasu flames. Regarding Pain, the information Naruto got from Ma and Pa frog was absolutely vital. If Sasuke were paired up against him with the same info, I believe he would have done just as well as Naruto, maybe more since he actually has Genjutsu in his arsenal which was the deciding factor in disabling three of the paths of pain when Jiraiya fought them.

Besides Sasuke had the upper hand against Raikage. If Gaara did not block Raikage, the raikage would have lost more than an arm. Besides you totally ignored Danzo, who has proven to be very hax with his sharingan arsenal.

A fox he can control and is part of his abilty/bloodlimit, Sasuske won't always have a Zetsu/Madara/Karin to bail him out, and Raikage and Sasuske would have wiped each other out if Gaara didn't intervene.

I've been catching up o one piece and I just got to the time skip and goddamn that was some badass shit with whitebeard and the marines.

I'm not so sure, Naruto was packing a pretty big arsenal. Sasuke's genjutsu is worthless, its nowhere near as potent as Jiraiya's frog song genjutsu, so it won't work against the Pein bodies. He lacks destructive jutsus that don't take a long time to prep, and Amaterasu leaves him wide open. He cannot match Pein in CQC and doesn't not have a way of dealing with Preta path's chakra sucking ability. It was because of Naruto's bunshin feints and natural energy turning preta to stone, that made him match against Pein. (I'm giving Sasuke the toads, because it'd be gg without them) On top of that, he was unrivaled in CQC, could decimate the pein bodies with RasenShuriken and had Senpo Odama Rasengan to deal with the summons.

it's been implied that not anyone can become a host, there's been a lot of previous 8 tails host, but no one is compatible enough so 8 tails just broke out until Killer Bee become the host. during Gaara's childbirth flashback, Chiyo also implied that Gaara is the only one with compatible chakra to become host. same with Kushina, she also said that she's chosen because she has unique chakra etc.

so if these bijuus do need compatible bodies before they can be sealed into host, then Shukaku isn't used because there's no compatible body (no Edo Gaara)

keep in mind that all bijuu currently is still sealed in Gedo Mazo, Tobi juts using that black rod as receiver for bijuu chakra he kept in Gedo Mazo, which is why as soon as the black rod is removed from Goku, he's immediately got sucked back into the statue.

presumably, Tobi can probably release Shukaku from Gedo Mazo and control it directly from outside the statue, but akatsuki spent a long time sealing bijuu into the statue, it'd be bit idiotic to release it again.

How the fuck do you know that the Frog's genjutsu is better than Sasuke's? Also,He would have seen the chakra sucking thing from a mile away since you know he has the Sharingan. Sasuke is also no slouch when it comes to cqc and he's fucking fast, in combination with the sharingan's ability to see attacks coming I doubt pain could have touched him. As for the destructive justsus, he doesn't exactly need one, he has so many variations of the chidori and fireball techs he wouldn't have a problem disabling the pain bodies. The summons would be easily be downed by Sasuke's genjutsu since Manda fell under one of his genjutsu. I doubt that one of peins summons were stronger than Manda.

Well among summons, he supposed to be strong, so I doubt some random pain summon could rival Manda. for example, when Jiraiya was fighting pain his frog was killing pain's summons left and right.
