It may be terribly worded but ... isn't that kind of right? I mean, One Piece is a lot more whimsical and less rigid and strict compared to Bleach, though I find that is part of the charm of One Piece (and, really, what makes it work so well).
I don't know why shadow is picking on AdrianWerner. Not everyone has to like over the top aspects of One Piece.
It doesn't matter if Bleach does serious and fails or what not. One Piece by design is supposed to be more silly than Bleach. And if you can't handle that then it's expected that you won't like the manga
But it's a different silly. It's not the zany antics and whimsy kind of silly that One Piece is. It's /facepalm at bad direction silly or something along those lines. Good or bad, enjoy it or loathe it, those are design descriptors of the two. How they work doesn't really matter since that's rather subjective.

Hiromu Arakawa always does the funny faces in serious moments so well. Not that many manga can pull it off that well.
Look, if you think Bleach is silly cause it sucks and shit like why me sad then that's fine. But you really can't ignore that One Piece has a different art style and way of telling stories that might seem over the top to some people.
