Ooooh..... 'naamval' :D

Thanks.

Haha, wow, it's a completely different word in Dutch, isn't it? The German word is similar to the English word. I love stuff like that! Especially since all three are related it makes you wonder why one word is in use in one language and completely different in another. /nerd

I would say,"Damn German and all its cases," but at least I'm not learning a Slavic language (German has 4, Slavic languages typically have 7.)

It is a totally different word. I thought 'cases' were Upper and Lowercase only. 'Naamval' literally means Namefall... the way the 'name' (word) 'falls' (So the way a word ends or changes)

Yup! Although if Wind Waker didn't have dungeons cut, it would probably be at the top.

God I love that game. The atmosphere is soooo good. I only found out a while ago that dungeons were cut. It makes sense though. The triforce searching was a weird tedious 'empty' part in the game. Frozen Hyrule was so good though.

Damn... that could've been the best Zelda of all.

Agreed. I even like the triforce hunt because it involved more sailing, which was a HUGE part of why I liked Wind Waker.

Oh I liked the sailing too..it made me feel... 'at peace'.. the sound of the water..the waves. It just felt as an anti-climax. I expected stuff to happen afterwards...and it didn't.

Still one of the best Zelda games and one of the nicest games I played.

It's been real, guys.

Are much people continuing this when January ends?

A few people are. I'm in the camp that thinks it should end as soon as the month does. We can do it again next year.

People have gotten quiet close, I don't see why that would end when the avatars go back to whatever they were before. Nothing is stopping anyone from continuing the tinychat/irc thing.

Pretty much my exact feelings towards Wind Waker. :brofist

I really need to learn Dutch one of these days :o It's got to be easy once I'm fluent in German!

If you are fluent in German, you will probably understand a lot Dutch people are saying. I don't speak German, but I can understand them.
There are some areas in the east of Holland (and in the west of Germany) where they speak some sort of hybrid.

Pretty much my exact feelings towards Wind Water. :brofist

:brofist!

The thing about Majoras Mask is I can't 100% that game today :( , I did when I was 11 or 12 or 13 when it came out, haha I killed that game.

It's tied though, OoT and Majoras are my top

Wind waker in retrospect is.......Zzzzzz boring now

*runs away*

I've never played a Zelda game for more than 30 minutes.

As for the avatar thing, I might keep mine the way it is or I'll try to do something with that letter thing. I have to see.

NG2... man, not sure how I felt about that one. The first one was the action game equivalent of Tetris: absolutely flawless gameplay, nothing too cheap on the enemy's end, nothing too exploitable on your end.

The second one felt slightly broken in many ways. Everything about the gameplay was just a little off compared to the first game.

I liked the first one but the underwater sections were some of my absolute most hated segments of any game on any system ever.

So far, I'm at Chapter 6 and there's been barely any of that so far and I'm really enjoying it. I like the Talons better than any other weapon I've used in an action game, they're right up my alley (I loved the durga claws in Bayonetta as well).

They admitted it was unfinished because Tecmo was in incredibly dire straits (they refused to even fix bug-ridden games unless the publisher gave them more money).

That and Itagaki's weird insistence that NG2 be more attack-focused made it a worse game in a lot of ways.
