All 8 frames of it?

Shit gives me a headache, fuck I hate tumblr. It has ruined gifs.
Same here, why do people post these? This site seems to have a penchant for getting rid of distracting things, these should be next on the list.

Also I counted 5 frames on that gif. The fact that I was able to count them makes it even worse.

Gee is amazing, and I also love Hoot as well, but this song does not click with me. SNSD is still an awesome group anyways :)

Asian music scene is like if the boy and girl band craze that existed in the 90s continued on instead of dying out. I for one welcome a bunch of attractive women doing a nice dance for our enjoyment.

Too bad my GIFs are stored on TinyPic. Why did GAF ban that site?

That's hilarious.
The screenshot wars threads must have gotten a lot more interesting.

I'm assuming this is designed to appeal to some kind of post-meta market for pure kitsch value?

Anyone who takes this seriously as 'good music' is a bit, um, simple. It has more in common with advertisement soundtrack than anything with cultural roots.

Do you like to suck the enjoyment out of everything you come in contact with?

They just performed AGAIN on Live! With Kelly.

Are you guys ready? Youtube link soon!

I see, thanks.

Quick search on the internet reveals that this is a korean pop girl group.

So its like the Spice Girls, but even more produced and sugar coated. No thanks.

I didn't even need to do a quick search on the Internet. I just had to listen to the video. They're introduced as a South Korean pop group...

I just can't take anything you say seriously after some of those threads you've created.

I guess I should be happy that people are sucking up the flimsy disposable parts of my culture and leaving the rich, tradiaiotnal stuff alone.

I actually quite liked the normal Korean music linked in this thread by you and the other guy, certainly better than the stuff in the OP.

It lacks artistic integrity and the performer being suicidal, addicted to drugs. Honestly, who listens to this shit?!

Ya music snobs are funny. I think there was a study done recently where they had a bunch of people individually listen to music they've never heard before and asked them to rate it. The ratings were all over the place. When the people were put in the same room, group think took over and they either all hated or loved the music.

Basically, music preferences seem to be totally random unless you have been influenced by music snobs who tell you what music you should like.

Nobody should care about the story behind a band or song and only the music itself should matter IMO. Wanting a musician to have a tragic story instead of being manufactured before liking their music reminds me too much of people buying $$$ paintings that are a few squiggles and praising them as artistic because they represent the anguish of some dead artist.

It's funny how in a sense korea is still the hermit kingdom. Talking to people in south korea, they're legitimately surprised kpop isn't popular in the west.

the korean wave is now officially dead to me now, first movies and now this, it would have been better if they did one of there other songs instead.

I watched the performance predominantly from the waist down and found it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Great legs, good taste in footwear, 8.3/10.
a couple of them have very cute faces too. but I agree wholeheartedly.

they have other songs that are better and their MVs are better.

The first 20 seconds gave me goosebumps. I wouldn't mind if K-pop caught on so we have more Asians in popular media. Just...don't expect me to watch Girls Generation do the whole Spice Girls thing.

Hahahah I should have known it was a KPop thread. I was thinking to myself, "why would a normal Letterman performance from a random band get so many posts?"
