White history month has been going on since about...the dawn of time.

I like how they directed one at foxandfriends.

history thought in Western countries prominently ignore anything non-Western completely out of their history classes.

between Attila The Hun and WW2, you are never gonna here anything coming out of Asia in our classes

hahahahahaha

I sometimes wonder if, when presented, people ask this question and think it's a very poignant question that nobody has considered in regards to double standards. Or is it just used as a stock, throwaway observation?

I'm just picturing people sitting around acting as though the shallow observation of potential hypocrisy has been ignored by everyone but the brave minds who are willing to ask the tough questions.

Next up: why do women claim that they want equality, and yet at dinner I'm always expected to pick up the check? Am I right bros!?

Alternatively, where's my heterosexual pride parade!?

Yeah... no... then again, I suppose everyone's high school world history curricula can be different.

i wonder that when people mention BET.

i mean, do people actually sit there and say "heeeey, wait a minute, why is there a BET anyway?"

Why do asians get their own new year?

I don't forward to any bitching about Black History Month.

The only reason I care for this month is that it so happens to be the month of my birthday.

It might as well be "Sleepy John Month".
