lmao @ Heavy.....so awesome.

I read that stuff about Miz last night. After fucking up that bad I would assume he took some heat for it.

also, i'm glad I listened to everyone from NWA last night and skipped RAW. After reading the spoilers it sounded pretty shitty.

And another thing, I leave for like 15 min. come back and G-fex was offline!!!! How am I supposed to watch without any water or Mr. Pibb!?!?! I got home and was all pissed that it was already over..... *salt*

The February 6 edition of WWE's "Backstage Fallout is out. It features promos by Daniel Bryan, Otunga and Tamina. The Daniel Bryan promo is great as always.

Well it is the road to Wrestlemania. Expect video packages to increase even more.

I say it should be March Wrasslin' |OT| 19 - 1

wow, RAW was craptastic.

ButI marked during the Jericho promo when he finally claimed that he's the best in the world at what he does.

Wow. Wasn't it Orton who pretty much ran Anderson out of the WWE, stating he felt he was "unsafe" at protecting other wrestlers in the ring?

Wonder what will be done about this?

Trent Barreta >>> R Truth
Drew >>> Miz

Miz fucked up there for sure, but I think it's possible it wasn't him being negligent. I know sometimes when I get up from a kneel I lose my balance a bit. I know he's a trained athlete, but I still think it's a possibility. There's never an excuse for letting a guy biff like that, but losing your balance is better than being negligent.

Agreed with this. Miz botched that shit bad but Truth was already in mid-air by the time Miz was even back on his feet. Most of those spots have ample set-up time, but that entire match was just sloppy last night.

Both men were at fault, Truth and Miz. Everyone is just fortunate it didn't end up worse. I'm sure Truth got a reaming as well.

I don't remember you ever saying that. You simply said that you couldn't remember a good match that involved Kane. In fact, I pointed out that Kane can have great matches, if you give him someone competent to work with.

I don't give a fuck if you're HBK, you're not pulling out an amazing match with Khali.

Great workers can pull good matches out of almost anyone. When great workers are together they can put on amazing matches.

Kane is a good wrestler, very competent as a big man, but not great and you can't point to him carry a match. And unfortunately in the context of the conversation, Kane is nowhere near talented enough to pull Taker to at this point in their careers.

Why would anyone blame Miz? He was trying to win a match, R-Truth knew what he was getting into pulling a high-risk-maneuver #kayfabe

You keep jumping from thing to thing. You NEVER said that Kane was incapable of carrying a great match. You said you couldn't remember any good matches that Kane had been in. You never got dogged on for that, I simply posted (with links) a list of Kane matches that you could watch. Own up to that, and stop changing your original statement. I took offense to your "Can't bring logic into it" statement, because it was simply untrue.

Secondly, that HBK/Khali match was OK, not great, and I've seen it before. I've never claimed that Kane was HBK or anywhere close. You simply made a statement that implied that Kane never had a good match. I said that if you give him someone good to work with, then he will have a good match. That's the same for most wrestlers, be it HHH or Taker. I didn't say he carried the match, I just said he was a good wrestler, and a very good one considering his size. You now agree.

Thirdly, and I believe I've already said this, I know Kane/Taker won't be a good match. I don't care. I don't care how good HHH/Taker III will be, or how good the buildup will be (which it won't, lol). I don't want to see it. I want Kane/taker, because I believe Taker should have his last match with someone who he's had enormous history with, and Taker has had more history with Kane than anyone. The people on this board don't want Kane/Taker because they think it will be a great match, they want it because they think it would be a fitting end to the Undertaker character.

I'll forgive the WWE for most of their past transgressions if they bring Anon Raw GM back. Nothing drives me crazy than vanishing storylines like that, and dear god it happens all the time in wrestling. Anon Raw GM was around for a damn year and then it just died :(

I don't even care if it's some off the cuff subtle remark from Johnny Ace about how he's been really been running the show for years already.

I agree with the talking bifocal pony.

Only the WWE could run a storyline for a year and go absolutely nowhere with it. I was shocked there was no pay off at the end of it.

It's just funny if you think about the amount of bitching fans of any other semi-popular show would be doing if they just dropped a year long storyline with no pay off.

Oh wrestling fans, you so crazy.

I stated that I don't recall Kane having a good match, I specifically qualified this statement by saying that he probably did have good matches but that nothing came to mind.

The implication that one should be able to take from that statement is that Kane is an altogether forgettable wrestler. Ignoring my qualifier, you gave me five hours of Kane with better workers, which admittedly I dodged because I didn’t care to talk about Kane. If you misinterpreted me that’s fine, but don’t presume to tell me my feelings.

I don’t recall many other people thinking Kane/Taker III is a much better match for Mania than Triple H/Taker III, but I’m not the expert on what everyone else is thinking the way you are. And saying Undertaker has had more history with Kane than anyone else doesn’t make it true.

Everybody knows the Anon Raw GM was really an AI developed by Vince to run the program.

Don't you remember this fine bit of television?

You said in your reply to Penguin that you attempted to bring up that Kane can't carry a good match, but you "got chewed out for it. Careful bringing logic into here".

You didn't say that. You said that you couldn't remember any good Kane matches. I gave you a list. You didn't get chewed out, and there was no logic being lost. I don't care about what you think, I'm talking about what you said.

Stop dodging that. You made a dumb statement that you didn't think would be caught or that anyone would care. Just own up to it.

'Lost' fans would have set fire to WWE HQ a long time ago.

The Undertaker beat HHH at Wrestlemania 27 but since he was a little more worse for wear at the end, HHH has re-written history to the point that The Undertaker apparently DIDN'T WIN last year, and is out for revengeance at Wrestlemania 28. He came back last week and all but got on his knees begging for a chance to reclaim his throne, and made an entire vignette this week begging some more despite the fact that HE WON THE MATCH.

Look at that crap. We ARE Lost fans.

Okay, I lied and miscalculated your capacity to care.

Sorry for Tumblr quality but I couldn't find a better gif of Mark Haskins' SSP botch during Impact.

Gutted that Haskins has botched on both of his TNA showcase moments so far. I've been at all 6 of his performances on the Dragon Gate UK shows (lucky enough to be front row for 4 of them) and seen some of his work from when he was over with them in Japan, as well as live on other UK shows. He's an amazing talent but he's 2 for 2 in fucking up his first impression with the TNA audience now

Haskins was such a bizarre signing by TNA in the first place - I like what I've seen of him from wXw in Germany, but I was really surprised to see TNA, of all promotions, take an interest.

Yeah, it does suck. When I saw that botch I literally jumped off of the couch. Had to watch it again. Glad he is okay but that was insane.

Best part about the match was that it was suppose to be the hometown hero vs the heel. Crowd didn't give a fuck about him and was pro Aries.

I really wish I can grow facial hair like him. I would feel like such a bad ass.

What do people think of Otunga these days?

I always liked him for some reason but now I really like him, he's just a decent goofy character in a sea of bland I think.

Also he may not be great in the ring but he is vastly improved, just things like the DDT last night he looked comfortable and smooth hitting it whilst he used to look forced and rigid.

He seems to often take mass finishers at house shows probably to work on his selling.

Edit where is black ref these days?
