Naruto Pages 1-14: F-

This chapter conveys EVERYTHING wrong with this bullshit ass war and fuck it, it conveys everything wrong with all of part 2.

But before I get into that, let me say that it is almost sickening how much Kishimoto wants to tell us "NARUTO IS GREAT"....like, holy shit. We know! How many times do we need to be told. He has a fucking huge amount of power, OKAY. COOL. SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Secondly, Tobi...why is he a bitch all of a sudden? He is simply confirming that he is the worst idea Kishimoto could've had for a villain in this entire fucking series. Filler villains are better.

And last, Kishimoto can fuck off with showing montages of the rookie 9. Like I'm spose to give a fuck. You seriously want to refer back to these characters that got NO screentime in the war, when they are all thinking about one thing: HOW GREAT NARUTO IS...? Really? No thank you, spare me the bs, breh.

Naruto Pages 15-17: A, Excellence in Manga Form

FUCK ME. YOU GUYS. Did you see the art improve about ten fold as soon as the double spread came in? Good buildup, and good timing. I think that these pages would've had a much better effect if Kishimoto had never shown Sasuke up until this point. Still, it's all cool.

THAT LAST PANEL. DAT ART. DAT FACE. The effort Kishimoto put into that last panel is probably more impressive than about 98% of the art/drawings in the entire war arc. I'm not being a Sasuke fanboy, it's just that Kishimoto is a Sasuke fanboy and it shows. Now, he's about to fuck this sentimental bullshit reunion up and do it with style. Like a boss.
 
I can only assume Kabuto is going to just get hit by the recoil damage of Edo Tensei given it was hinted pretty heavily he was full of shit when he claimed it had no drawbacks.

Of course, if Itachi actually fights Kabuto, we have a chance to see some Orochimaru....right? I mean, Itachi was holding his soul last we saw and Kabuto basically has his body.

lame naruto chapter. i guess they wanted to save whatever naruto learned for the next one. i honestly didnt give a shit about the rest of the konoha dudes

boo :( at least there was sasuke at the end..that should be interesting

So we begin the final arc of bleach .
Chapter was okay and i looking forward to see how things going to work out .
I wonder how long this arc going to be .

edit: know that i think about it is Kubo really gonna bring back the Quincy?

Excellent start. The quincies will have a lot of attention this arc. Mayuri´s new design is great. I am betting that the quincy-shinigami war have a direct effect on Isshin´s past.

Pretty decent chapter all things considered.

The guy in the front of the villains on that page has Aizen's jaw. Aizen leading the Quincies against Soul Society confirmed.

Whoa. Bleach is fucking back. That cover was really awesome.

How epic does this arc's title sound, though? When I saw the title of it on MS, I was like "what the fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk"

As for the chapter, it was a pretty good start. Introducing new Shinigami and throwing back to how Bleach was at the start with the hollows and all. Liking Mayuri's new design, but the fact that this arc is gonna be about Quincy's shows a lot of promise. Shinigami vs Quincy was always something I wasn't sure if Kubo would make a big deal or not, but it's obvious now that this is gonna be the big deal of Bleach. I can't wait to see Ishida's involvement, whether he will side with Ichigo and the Shinigami, or his father and the Quincy. Is his pride for the Quincy comparable to how it was at the start of Bleach now that he's seen all of the things Ichigo + company have done?

Damn that title was epic...

Edit: Does Ichigo have Hollow eyes on that color spread? Those Quincy look like bosses.
 
Superior vol 6

I felt a bit bad for the third copy, doing all that shit not realizing the futility of it and how wrong it was and, after she finally realizes, she decides to kill herself. It did feel good though at the end of the volume, when it is shown Sheela revived her, taking away her memories and putting her in the care of another half monster to be able to live a good life.
Meanwhile, Sheela is in even more trouble with the Hero now.

This reminds me that i need to check how far Superior Cross is now translation wise.
 
The Quincies seem to set a good path for how Kubo can fit everything in. Isshin's past will probably tie in with them. Their goal will most likely be killing the Spirit King which will introduce him and the Royal Guard. I'm assuming Aizen will factor in somehow.

I am interested to see how the arrancar reintroduction works though. Maybe the Quincies try to exterminate them as well so the arrancar ally with Soul Society.
 
Bleach A

Now THAT's how you do a Bleach chapter. Vibrant artwork, color pages, funny shit, awesome shit, plot. Everything's perfect. I fucking KNEW the Quincy were going to be the villains ever since Kubo said...

Soul Society arc - Rukia
Arrancar arc - Orihime
Fullbringer arc - Chad

I just knew we were getting an Ishida arc next, though this one seems to tie into the end of the series which is always awesome.

Naruto C

This chapter was good until Sasuke appeared. He returns to bring this manga down the shithole even further. The final page is just comically bad. We're supposed to believe Sasuke is this looming evil, even though he has no real reason to be nor has he done anything to be a real threat. And no, Kishimoto, I do not care if Sasuke teleports in front of Naruto's friends and makes talk-no-jutsu to them about how much he's stepped into DARKNESS and he DOESN'T CARE only for him to let them pass through all, "You're no threat to me, I want Narutu."

Yeah. Surprisingly, this is a very good decision as far as plot. I never even considered the Quincy storyline being the big ending. But now that I think about it, it makes sense. There's also the fact that Aizen factors in with how he experimented with Hollows. Quincy have a relationship with the Hollows that involves complete extermination.

Edit: I think I like this chapter a bit more after thinking about these things. This is also compelling me to go back and read some of the Quiny stuff from the first arc. I think I'll do that soon.
 
One Piece B

Good chapter, really sets up the mystery here. I wonder if "M" refers to Moriah, though it would be weird if he turned out to be a Shichibukai again. There's speculation that Law might be a Shichibukai, but I dunno, it's hard to say. I'm getting a feeling this island will house the infamous Dr. Vegapunk (due to it's name).

It seem like law might be a warlord since that person was in half.
Also wondering what going to happen to the other members and who is this person the other guys call master .

Anyways, this was a solid chapter. The art from last week's chapter was quite sharper, though. But at least we got some nice Zoro + Luffy teamwork. I don't know how I feel about Sanji and company being knocked out...c'mon man.

So the Dragon was real (and now dead) and we have a strange half of a persons body that seemingly looks like Law's handywork, also he could be a "Samurai" based on his clothes and sandals.

The Luffy and Zoro showing that they are still the monster duo and are holding up so far in the NW.
