Okay Gaf what are your views on pda's (public display of affection) I'm all right with a kiss, (no tongues nobody wants to see people eating each other faces) but I'm against hand holding.
Also I believe I'm anti romance, this valentines day will go down as the day I play the Mass Effect 3 demo. I'm just not big on celebrating, I don't celebrate Christmas and the last birthday I celebrated was when I was 21. (I'm 24 now)

Im indifferent, unless its full out make out sessions on the bus or the mall, whether straight or gay couples. That being said, when I see two guys holding hands while walking in public. it feels so forced. I dont know why, its pretty innocent.

In terms of PDA, seems that the females have it easier. Nobody really think twice seeing women holding hands, regardless of their sexual orientation. Guys, on the other hand, feels forced (as SpaceBridge said), like they are making a statement rather than a sign of affection. Personally, I prefer the idea of cradling the other person's arm rather than holding hands.
I love doing this or when someone does this to me! It just feels so comforting. When i was dating this guy before, I rested my head on his shoulder once on the Monorail in Disneyland. The family sitting across from us looked like they were witnessing us butt fucking each other in public, but that made my date start caressing my hand. They then grabbed their children and sat on the other side.
I don't feel comfortable taking part in any form of PDA. Handholding is just strange too. It just doesn't feel like a natural thing to do. Holding someone's hand while you're just strolling through the mall makes no sense to me as a form of showing affection. I'd be too worried about my hand possibly getting sweaty. I'm not terribly fond of looking at other people's PDA although a quick peck is really no big deal at all.

This is how I feel hand holding just makes no sense to me. A kiss makes me feel warm and fuzzy, a hug makes me feel warm and fuzzy, holding hands just does nothing for me.
I sometimes feel like an old man shouting at clouds because each time I see a couple kissing (not a quick kiss, the longer one) and/or cuddling in public I'm thinking "get a room!".

Went to the movies last night with my guy, but we saw The Grey, so depressing.
Anyway spent the night but nothing happened this time. I told him I didn't go further past just touching him because I know he isn't ready for a relationship until he can get away from his old ones.
But he knows I am going to wait for him.
I'm actually not against PDA I feel like I wanna kiss him at work and stuff when we are out but since we aren't a couple yet I don't wanna force things you know?

Bothers me so much when there is a collective groan when anyone with a same sex significant other passes by on the street, stores, or anywhere really.

But I think it is true that in Europe being homosexual or bisexual isn't really that big of a deal. Of course it is also different for girls. Nobody really pays attention if it is a girl couple and actually many girls that are just friends even kiss and hold hands.
But the general atmosphere is all in all different in Europe comparing to US in general. We just had presidential elections in Finland and the other candidate who went to the second and last round was actually a green, liberal homosexual. He got 37,4 % of the final votes so sadly he didn't win though, but I still couldn't see that happening in that many places to be honest.
